A nice Hotel but needs serious owner/Manager. Owner should up his game!
Pros:

Next to beach, 2 min walk. Excellent location near to road. Mall nearby. Great staff especially the restaurant workers. Rooms spacious. Swimming pool available for adults as well as Kids with a trainer available to teach the young ones how to swim. Security available always. Nice food, Great Cooks.

Cons:

Rooms dirty and seriously needs refurbishment in paint, repairs of washroom amenities etc. Door facing beach not closable, we literally slept while it was open though security available. WIFI/Internet in rooms non. Only 1 TV in the dining area, very small..32 inch with no channels. Beds need repairs or change. Kitchen needs Microwave. Bedsheets old, white but turning grey. Old towels. No slippers etc. Food extremely expensive at 1000KES for breakfast per person (Imagine 2 adults and 3Kids) 5K for only breakfast alone.

Check out on your level of cleanliness, replace the beddings and towels too.
Pros:

Location is great.

Cons:

ooh the rooms are filthy dirty, old facilities like ACs. The bedsheets have been reused untill the white colour is faded and looks dirty. The towels are so durty and old.The mosquito nets are full of rust and dirthy too. Phweks, you guys should do better and the price is not equivalent to the services offered there. Very disapointing.
