High standard hotel with friendly staff and a spa.
Pros:

We had some issues with electricity with the wooden key-card, but the staff sorted that out very quickly. The staff is friendly, effective and communicative. It was a good place to have a rest after a trek in nature and before heading home.

Pros:

Не первый раз в этом отеле. Нравится расположение, соотношение цена/качество, отношение персонала. Мы приехали с утра после ночного перелета и нас заселили сразу, а не в 15 часов. За это большое спасибо, смогли с детьми отдохнуть. Неплохой спа, завтрак качественный , но 2 года назад был интереснее.

Cons:

Ужин в кафе при ресторане не понравился - невкусно, не стоит потраченных денег, не соответствует ожиданиям. Лучше сходить в ресторан Зерно за углом - за те же деньги будет больше порция и гораздо вкуснее.

Great stay under every point of view
Pros:

Everything perfect, super clean and well maintained. Breakfast is very vast and good! Finally, the staff is super helpful and nice

The hotel is not in the city center but quickly reachable by car or walk
