Все отлично
Pros:

Чистота, расположение. Внизу есть кухня/бар с камином, где можно приготовить завтрак самостоятельно (или попросить приготовить за отдельную плату)

Cons:

Держатель для душа сломан, но это не критично.

Мы приятно провели время.
Pros:

Уютная небольшая гостиница.
Чисто, тихо, за окнами поют птицы.
Приветливый персонал.
Есть отопление.
Номер довольно просторный.
Есть кухня, которой могут пользоваться постояльцы. На кухне вся необходимая посуда для готовки.

Amazing cozy stay outskirts of the town Borjomi
Pros:

The rooms are comfortably equipped with necessary furniture and amenities, bathroom is spacious. They have an amazing shared kitchen for all guests on the basement floor, with a pleasant terrace, kitchen utensils, comfortable couch 🛋️ and even a small bar. They have an staff working the day and night shifts were friendly and helpful, especially Marina.

Cons:

Hard to tell what were the disadvantages.

Pros:

Though the hotel is a little bit far from the touristic area, we loved the location because it was very quiet neighbourhood. The room was small but very comfortable and well organised. The mattress was perfect. The room had a balcony looking to the mountains.

Cons:

The shower area in the bathroom was not isolated from the rest of the bathroom, which resulted the water leaking all over the bathroom floor. But overall this was a nice experience and definitely good value.

Sehr modernes großes Zimmer. Alles war super sauber und die Besitzerin sehr nett und aufmerksam. Es ist auch nicht weit zum Eingang des Nationalparks

Все было хорошо и чисто, переночевать 1-2 ночи хорошо.
Pros:

Отличное расположение, все было чисто, тихий двор, рядом детская площадка.

Cons:

Нет бортика в душе, вода по всей ванной комнате разливается. Очень тонкие двери, слышимость максимальная.

- تعامل اصحاب البيت راقي ( الإبتسامه في وجوههم ) .
- المكيف جداً جيد وممتاز .
- السرير كان مريح ودورات المياه نظيفه .

Cons:

- كان في صوت غريب احياناً في دورات المياه مزعج .
- موقعه جداً سيء في مكان مرتفع، التنقل مكلف في برنامج بولت .

Pros:

Красивый вид с балкона на горы

Cons:

1. Парковки нет, предлагают оставить машину прямо на проезжей части. Нас это не устроило, звонили хозяйке. Она договорилась с соседом, что можно поставить машину у него перед гаражом. Нам самим пришлось отодвигать камни и бетонные блоки, чтобы припарковать машину. На следующий день при возвращении другие постояльцы поставили туда машину, оставив место только на проезжей части. Персонал не захотел решать эту проблему и ушел. Нам пришлось разбираться самим.
2. В санузле душ без кабинки, все в воде. Из ванной очень пахнет сыростью, плесенью и канализацией. Когда уезжали заметили плесень на потолке у штор.
3. Женщина, которая работает в отеле, ведет себя, как будто мы приехали к ней в дом. При этом ретируется, когда нужно решать ваши проблемы, говорит все обсуждать с хозяйкой. Не ценит личное пространство гостей, может подслушать ваш разговор и комментировать его, качается на качелях во дворе, смотрит, что вы делаете на балконе. Нам было некомфортно
