Cons:

communication between staff members was poor we had to report a small issue with room 3 times before someone told the manager. Once she knew about it she sorted it immediately

Would've been ok but I would have got more sleep if I drove the 1.5hr home!
Pros:

Room was clean and good size - no aircon!

Cons:

Wafer thin walls and a very loud TV was blaring til 0300 so almost no sleep on the first night. The elephant thumping around overhead didn't help. Food stops serving at 2100 which should be pointed out!

It was clean

Cons:

Disabled parking was to far away from the door,
No air conditioning rooms where way to hot to have a good night's sleep.
Had to book 2 rooms because of the size of our party(which was not a problem) the problem was that they where diffrent ends of the hotel and I could not get to my wife in the morning to get my medication as the staff would not give us 2 keys for each rooms and would not let me into the other half of the hotel.

The VERY helpful gentleman on arrival. The young lady waitress again very helpful. Both were very professional and a credit to your company.

Cons:

I appreciate we are experiencing a heat wave but the room was very warm. Great foor winter but a portable fan would have helped. The shower head needs descaling. But overall very good

Great access to train station and bar/restaurant downstairs

Cons:

Due to the weather being extremely hot the room was stifling. The window was closed on arrival and only opened 2 inches. We did have a fab but it didn't make much impact. We were unable to have a cold shower as the water only had warm/hot temperature. We had no introduction to the hotel/facilities and what we did was rushed. The staff were visibly flustered and shared how busy they had been.
