Great ! Everything went according to plan.
Pros:

The room was fine, small but adequate . Breakfast was ok too although the cereal I ordered was a bit late , I'd almost eaten the main course when it arrived. The bed was good , no complaints. Fiona was very cheerful and obliging , made the day start well.

Cons:

The only thing wrong was the cereal not being available before the full english.

comfort but an uncomfortable entire stay
Pros:

Room was comfortable and plenty of parking, the food was good value for money.

Cons:

Service was awful from check in right through to leaving. There was fox faeces directly outside the exit doors from the accommodation along with food rubbish. I would not suggest booking this.

Pros:

The room was a reasonable size and was reasonably clean

Cons:

The bed was extremely hard, several items did not function as expected eg heated towel rail in the bathroom, flush on toilet. We requested a bath and the hotel sent an email agreeing. However there was no bath in our room. We were too tired to chase it up

Booked a double bed was given a twin when I asked about it I was Told THATS ALL WE HAVE I booked 2 double rooms if id have known there was only twin rooms id have booked JUST 1 ROOM and the radiator in 1 room wasn't on the wall properly.

So glad it was only a 1 night stay. Won't be rushing back!!!
Cons:

Abrupt staff. knocked on my room door accusing me of having a meal and not paying, when I hadn't even been down at that point. Food was cold. Had to be warmed in microwave. Sausages from carvery dry and inedible.
Paid for bottomless soda, but machine was switched off after first glass. then left with "limited selection" from main bar.
Water pressure in shower was poor, as was temperature.
Room was freezing cold upon arrival due to draughty windows.
Bedside light didn't work

Cons:

Os atendentes não são nada gentis , entrava no meu quarto sem minha permissão e meu carregador do celular simplesmente sumiu ! Fora que me colocaram num quarto que o banheiro quando liga o chuveiro molha tudo inclusive o quarto ,Fui super distratada nesse hotel , não recomendo!!

Convenient and a great time with family.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. The staff were so friendly including the housekeeping staff. Very easy for the train station and great value for money. The decor in the Toby Carvery is very tired, but it was still a great place to stay.
