Дякую готелю за супер відпочинок
Pros:

Дякуємо готелю за гарний відпочинок. В першу чергу це забезпечує персонал, всі працівники дуже привітні та одразу вирішують ваші питання. Готель складається з двох корпусів (новішого та старішого), які зʼєднані між собою переходом, по вулиці йти не потрібно.
У номері тепло та приємно пахне, велика ванна кімната. Сніданки включено у вартість - шведська лінія, усі страви дуже смачні та є з чого вибрати. Ресторан красивий і естетичний. Також іноді замовляли страви в обід і на вечерю, і доставку в номер, також все швидко і смачно. СПА теж сподобалось, різні сауни та басейн, людей було небагато, чим було ще приємніше. Також є дитяча кімната, гарна і багато іграшок, плейстейшн, настільні ігри, для старших діток може буде трохи скучно, бо гірки та лазалки більше для менших, в кімнаті є аніматор, можна залишити дитину на декілька годин, що ми і робили, а самі їздили кататись. Є лижна кімната та парковка для авто. Нам усе дуже і дуже сподобалось!

-1 .Сніданок починається з 8:30!!!!! Підйомники відкриваються о 8:30! Мені довелося пропустити сніданок, оскільки для мене важливо зловити ранковий «вельвет» і уникнути черг.
-2. У СПА зоні не було води і стаканчиків! І жодного з персоналу кого можна попросити води.
-3. Ліфт , який довозить до певного поверху, а далі з чемоданами по сходах вези сам!

Не рекомендую!

Чудове місце та персонал! Скрізь йшли на зустріч, допомагали та підказували. Готель новий, все якісно, чисто та охайно. А головне – це ресторан, з неймовірно смачними сніданками, рекомендую!

Привітний персонал, гарне спа, красивий новий стильний інтер’єр, смачні сніданки, розташування, завжди було місце на парковці. Гарне місце але видно що не продумані дрібнички

Не сподобалось що за 5 днів так і не замінили рушники та не сподобалась якість прибирання. Посуд миють не увесь, забрали тарілки. Не вистачило засобів гігієни, був тільки один гель для душу 3 в 1, що недопустимо на мою думку у номері за 200 доларів. Не було рідкого мила. Макаруни, які кладуть у якості компліменту не запаковані і не зрозуміло скільки вони там лежать. Не було засобів для догляду за взуттям, лопатки. Не вистачило таких дрібниць які дуже впливають на відчуття комфорту і що тобі усього вистачає у просторі. Але у готелю гарний потенціал і я впевнена що буде ще краще

В загальному досить гарний і чистий комплекс.
Pros:

В ресторані їжа смачна, гарно подають страви , дуже чисто . Сніданки смачні . Номер також чистий . Басейн під відкритим небом гарний і теплий .

Cons:

Дуже відчувається хлорний запах в басейні , особливо в спа , неможливо дихати .
Відсутній ліфт в новому корпусі .
