Pros:

Curat, internet de mare viteza, personal dragut, cladire noua si cu aspect modern comparativ cu alte locatii din Balti (mai curat decat cel putin alte doua hoteluri in care am stat in zona)

Cons:

Camera asta "fara geamuri" are de fapt doua luminatoare mari dar care nu se pot deschide pentru aerisire si din acest motiv, miroase a canalizare in toata camera (ventilatorul de la baie nu face fata).

Cons:

HOTEL BEING RENOVATED, RECEPTION ON 3RD FLOOR.
SHOWER FITTINGS DID NOT WORK CORRECTLY.

Pros:

Понравился номер - чистый, просторный, без запаха пыли, что для меня важно. В номере, как и было обещано, был электрический чайник и небольшой набор чаев. Кондиционер рабочий, сантехника новая. Парковка действительно предоставляется.

Cons:

Был заявлен завтрак. Скажу сразу - завтраком нас покормили, но кофе закончился, причем в обеих кофе машинах, а персонал кухни очень громко обсуждал проблемы связанные со сбоем поставок продуктов.

המיקום של המלון מצוין

Cons:

במבנה בו נמצא המלון עושים שיפוץ, יש המון זבל בניין בכניסה, ליכלוך. השירותים לא היו נקיים, אין בכלל זרם במים, המזגן מעל ארון ולא מגיע לאיזור המיטות, יחס לא משהו, ארוחת בוקר מאוד דלה וללא הסבר, הרגשה מאוד לא טובה.

Погана звукоізоляція. На вулиці купа бродячих собак, які гавкали вночі і не давали спати. Ліжко і матрац незручні. Сніданок дуже скромний.

Great, new and comfortable
Pros:

The service is super, the location is right at the center, literally within walking distance to everywhere you might need.
The breakfast is made to order on the spot.
The hotel itself is fully renovated and the rooms are huge!

Good option in the town center.
Pros:

Not the best hotel I've ever been, but probably the best option in this town. Staff is helpful. Room is spacious and has A/C.

Cons:

The building and furniture is old, but not a big deal. The whole town barely changed after USSR.

My advice is to settle the situation in the kitchen, and everything else is ok. The reception staff is positive.
Pros:

It’s new building. Clean, new, comfortable

Cons:

I did not like personal in a kitchen. Yes, they smile to you , no problem. But inside they were too loud. they swore, they shouted, like the feeling in a Soviet canteen… not nice feeling
