Fantastisch!
Pros:

Het is een prachtig hotel, de kamers zijn voldoende groot.
Het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Het ontbijtbuffet is zeer uitgebreid. Een meerwaarde is dat 1 van de 2 zwembaden verwarmd is, zeker handig met kleine kinderen.

Tolles Frühstück und Ausblick. Personal sehr freundlich und ständig bemüht die Wünsche des Gastes umzusetzen.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr hellhörig so dass wir fast jedes Wort vom Nachbarn gehört haben.

Tolles Hotel in Kaltern an der Weinstrasse
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes modernes Hotel mit tollem Ausblick und sehr freundlichem Personal. Empfehlenswert sind die zwei Rooftop-Jacuzzis, die ebenfalls einen schönen Ausblick auf die Landschaft garantieren. Es gibt zwei Pools (davon einer beheizt) und eine Saunalandschaft, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Auch ein E-Bike-Verleih ist möglich. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig - da findet jeder etwas leckeres zum Start in den Tag. Rundum ein sehr gelungener und entspannter Urlaub - absolut empfehlenswert!

Traumurlaub in Südtirol im Panoramahotel.
Pros:

Traumland in Südtirol in Kaltern. Wir können nur in Superlativen erzählen. Schöne Wanderungsmöglichkeiten, aber auch Ausflüge nach Meran und Bozen dank der Guest Card, mit der man alle Busse und Zug und Mendelbahn kostenlos benutzen kann, waren wunderschön. Das Personal ist so freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer gut gelaunt, hier fühlt man sich als Gast mehr als willkommen. Der Spa-Bereich toll, das Zimmer zweckmäßig und gemütlich, die ganze Hotelanlage gepflegt und einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Von 10 Sternen zur Bewertung gebe ich mindestens 15!!

Zimmer und Frühstücksbuffet war top.
Ebenfalls die ganze Gartenanlage mit den beiden Pools war einfach traumhaft.

Cons:

Die Saunawelt war in Ordnung, da alles im Keller ist und der Weitblick, bis auf die Panoramasauna etwas fehlt.

Wir waren das 2. Mal dort. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Pools sind sehr gepflegt, genauso wie die Außenanlagen. Das Frühstück ist super und die kleine Karte zum Abendessen - die täglich wechselt- hat für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Am meisten hat uns aber das Personal begeistert. In diesem Hotel wird man "entschleunigt". Keine Hektik beim Frühstück oder Abendessen.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage in der Dependance ist sehr laut. Wir haben sie nicht benötigt, aber das Nachbarzimmer hatte sie von morgens bis spätabends eingeschaltet und so einen Aufenthalt auf dem Balkon unmöglich gemacht.
