This is a total scam! I made a booking and paid the full cost for this place on Booking.com. I arrived at the hotel after a long and tiring journey to find no booking having been made at this hotel for me. The hotel staff told me that they had long time ago stopped the contracts they had with both Booking.com and RedDoorz. They had no booking for me nor had they any information whatsoever about my arrival. An extremely bad expwrience ! Furthermore, I have sent Booking.com many messages on their app about this booking I made telling them about this very bad experience; I have still not received any reply whatsoever from them and it is now well over 36hrs since I contacted them. A very bad service and extremely bad experience all round !
