Pros:

The only positive was the pool and sauna, which we did enjoy, but unfortunately that alone doesn’t justify the price.

Cons:

Not worth the money. This hotel feels completely soulless and lacks any warmth or character. Breakfast was disappointing, with canned fruits and horrible coffee from machines that tasted cheap and stale. The common areas were cold and uninviting — no carpets, no cozy elements, nothing that makes you want to spend time there. Overall, the atmosphere felt sterile and uncomfortable.

The lady who cleaned my room was very nice and helpful. The room was clean.

Cons:

The dining room is busier and louder than Central Station in NY. Had I known that 3 hotels meet there, I had never booked this location. Luckily, I only had booked breakfast. Only one lady at the hot dishes smiled and laughed. The staff, probably overstressed, hardly greeted. I even overheard inadequate conversations about guests, as I’m speaking Portuguese. After a storm, the Terrasse remained chaotic with fallen chairs and plants all over. The quality of the food was lousy, mostly canned fruits were served. My room had no balcony and the quiet street isn’t that quiet because of a rental car company on the opposite side. Only the beach beds by the pool were ok. The ones further down, towards the ocean were old and rotten. They charge for towels and safe key (2,50€ per day). More rules what to do and not to do, are given in the room. I left the place earlier and paid double for several nights, in another hotel. That was all worth it.

Locatie f frumoasa, camera enorma si dotata cu tot ce e nevoie (mai putin papuci, casca de dus, fier de calcat, etc)

Cons:

Se auzea un zgomot constant, extrem de deranjant in special noaptea, mi s-a comunicat faptul ca e din cauza vantului.

Pros:

Super mooie moderne en grote kamer met keuken.
Veel kastruimte, zitje binnen (comfortabele stoelen) en zitje buiten op terras grote moderne badkamer.
Airco op de kamer.
Mooie zwembaden binnen en buiten.

Cons:

Het restaurant waar ontbijt gereserveerd werd was erg druk en luidruchtig. Het hotel bestaat uit 3 complexen die allemaal in zelfde restaurant moeten ontbijten.

Royal Orchid is the perfect location
Pros:

Breakfast was top class, and the location was perfect to explore with hired car. Restaurants locally were excellent quality and value. The staff in the hotel are so friendly and helpful. Access to the sea was excellent.

Cons:

CEO being a bit short with me because I temporarily blocked his parking access waiting to enter hotel car park. Guests don't know your systems, leadership starts at the top.
