In the middle of the city, major attractions accessible

Lovely staff, very clean, everything worked properly and excellent breakfasts. A daily laundry service can also be provided for a fee. Great hotel
All the staff from reception and manager , everyone were quite helpful and professional.in addition it’s in prime location which is near to railway station and all other attractions.

Terrible Stay – Not Worth Even a Night!
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The room was tiny and had a horrible smell the moment I walked in. The bed was not even tidy, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was just one chair and that too was completely unusable – broken and dirty.
The washroom was a nightmare. Water from the wash basin was leaking out from below and flooding the floor. There were no basic accessories provided – no towels, no soap, nothing. Not even drinking water was clean or usable.
The AC barely worked and just made noise. For the price I paid, I expected at least the bare minimum comfort, but this place failed on every level. Avoid this place if you care about hygiene and peace of mind. Total disappointment!
Location was good near to the hospital and early access of food groceries nd all.
There is dim lights in the room especially in the make up area. If we are there for an interview or any functions it is very difficult. Apart from this excellent stay.

Guests were really inconsiderate and noisy. Staff did not intervene. I had to open my door late at night to tell a man, who was abusive to his wife, to shut up and that guests were trying to sleep. Hotel management should be more proactive in these circumstances.

I didn’t realise when booking that breakfast is *only* 8-10am and one day I was too early but on the second day staff kindly catered for me 10mins early.
