Cons:

Como investigadora de lo paranormal en tiktok puedo decir que, he investigado casas encantadas más limpias y con menos vida que esta habitación. Cucarachas bajo las sabanas (se lo dices al encargado y te dice que es normal), un baño donde seguramente habitaba Spiderman, no había agua caliente y la mesita parecia una reliquia maldita cubierta de mierda. Si buscas actividad paranormal, este sitio la ofrece sin necesidad de ouija. (Obviamente, me fui de ahi y me devolvieron el dinero, pues les dije que era eso o que presentaba la denuncia correspondiente)

Nada recomendable
Pros:

Solo esta un poco más económico que los hoteles más céntricos pero en cuestión a distancia definitivamente no lo recomiendo

Cons:

La estructura del lugar deja mucho que desear, esta súper mal la construcción, demasiada humedad, el baño está demasiado pequeño y la alberca está aceptable pero tiene mucho cloro

Not bad.
Pros:

It's a good place. Compare to so many critic, it's clean, the pool is clean (I have seen the staff swimming and cleaning it everyday), there's a kids park.
It is 5 block from a nice beach (5 minutes)
The room with the kitchen are very nice. They other are ok too.

Cons:

Wifi internet does not get in the rooms in the back, so I use a lot of data, before they nicely moved me. If you want to be in the area of the beach with restaurant, you are at the wrong end, but here you are close to a good grocery store, and a fantastic empty beach (bring an umbrella). Some restaurants are 10-15 minutes away. Yes the water in the pool is cool, but it is the same in many high class hotel. Yes the road are dirt road, but it's every road in small Punta Perula (exept one).

Pros:

The staff was friendly and helped me find a room I could breathe in to spend the night. That was much appreciated.

Cons:

The lower level rooms smell very moldy as they leave the window closed and there is no cross ventilation. Upstairs was better as there were two windows but it still smelled moldy. The bathrooms were the worst tile job I’ve ever seen. Not worth 500 pesos never mind 1200. It looks and smells very old but it isn’t. Just poorly made.
