Pros:

Kay was very nice and friendly.
It is a bit of a pity that when he is not around (sometimes happens for a few minutes) that the other staff are willing to help but not so much capable :-(

Paisible et épanouissant
Pros:

Logement qui répondait parfaitement à nos attentes.
Magnifique vue et logement attenant a un café cosy. Situation parfaite dans une vallée peu touristique et paisible.
Endroit très reposant avec des gérants adorables.

Very affordable bungalow experience. It has everything that it could need. The staff is also available through whatsapp

Beautiful bungalows. Comfortable, clean and with a nice view. The price is very affordable too.

Cons:

The shared spaces like garden aren’t as clean as the room. A lot of trash in the garden that no one seems to pick up.

Noisy road, great views
Pros:

On the positive side, the views are beautiful, and I can imagine they’re even better in high season. And the heated mattress was a real lifesaver in the chilly weather. Breakfast was quite good as well.

Cons:

The room was extremely noisy from the road, it honestly felt like sleeping right on the street, with motorbikes passing late at night and starting again early in the morning. What surprised me most is that this isn’t even a main road, yet it was still so busy. Because of the noise, I slept very poorly.
Another downside was that the bathroom was outside the room, which turned out to be really inconvenient, especially having to walk there at night in the cold.

Not good charges were extra
Pros:

Expensive as per the service and area. Stay even took money for coffee bags and tea bags. Charged for water even.

Il posto è meraviglioso, in mezzo alle risaie una pace e tranquillità unica.
Però fa molto freddo, a riscaldarti c’è una coperta termica elettrica, ma fuori dal letto purtroppo è troppo freddo.

Possibilità di noleggiare moto,di pranzare e cenare.

Tutto perfetto, avrei detto perfetto anche ogni parte del servizio, ma nota dolente dell’ultimo giorno.

Abbiamo pianificato con loro autobus da sapa a catba, ma non ci hanno dato nessuna informazione, né del traghetto come funzionasse né la compagnia. Ci hanno fatto scattare la foto al messaggio che diceva per due persone, la tratta e indirizzo dove andare, niente di più. Abbiamo chiesto se c’era un ufficio, una compagnia di autobus qualcosa in più ma nessuno ci ha detto nulla, quando siamo arrivati al punto di ritrovo c’era un ufficio ma non c’era nessuno quindi non sapevamo come muoverci, abbiamo provato a scrivere e chiamare la struttura, nessuna risposta (neanche il giorno dopo, almeno per scusarsi di non aver risposto) oltre al fatto, ma questo non è detto dipenda dall’hotel, la compagnia autobus è stata veramente terribile e scortese, se prenotano sempre con la stessa, lasciate perdere perché lo staff dell’autobus è stato maleducato e poco cordiale, oltre ad essere un viaggio di 13h in un autobus da 34 posti più persone stese in terra

Ontspannen midden tussen de rijstvelden in een sympathieke bungalow met vriendelijke staf.
Pros:

Net buiten het drukke Sapa een oase van rust. Heerlijk bungalowtje met uitzicht en privacy. Fijn bed en verder ook tóp!

Pros:

Staff spoke good English. Location is perfect with beautiful views of the mountains and just a few minutes walk from a small town with cafes. Bedrooms are clean and no creepy crawlies which I was surprised by considering we were in the countryside.

Peaceful getaway with great service and atmosphere.
Pros:

The property was set in a beautiful location and a lot of thought went into making the property peaceful

Cons:

The only negative for us was that it was about 30min drive from the town but taxis are super cheap and the owner would arrange a taxi for us whenever we needed.
