De locatie was fijn. In een rustige straat maar wel in de buurt van verschillende goede restaurantjes.
De kamer was groot en het balkon was chill.

Pros:

There was clean and comfortable. We didn't speak the same language, but I felt how they kind and want to be helpful. Around 15-20 minutes walk to the center. They gave me a bigger room just because it was available.

Cons:

A little noisy if you have a window, because there are music lessons there and motorcycles arrive until late in the evening.

Highly recommended!
Pros:

The location is very central—within walking distance to the lake, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet.

The room is spotlessly clean, bright, and cozy. Basic amenities are provided, including wall fan, electric kettle, hair dryer; also shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush, and toothpaste, though I brought my own, so I didn’t use them much. Strong water pressure and hot water.

Check-in and check-out were seamless. The owner is very friendly, always smiled whenever she saw me. There's no elevator so she asked if I was tired climbing the stairs and offered to carry my luggage.

Cons:

There’s no fridge, which is understandable at this price point. I ate out all the time, so it didn’t bother me.

The balcony is a nice spot for morning sun, though it faces another building opposite, so privacy is a bit limited. On the plus side, there’s a pleasant view of a small park on the corner.

Only if you’re desperate
Pros:

This is a very noisy place. I don’t know why they put me in a room right next to the very loud construction work going on. But there was also plenty of noise from the street even on a higher floor, there are thin walls and you will hear everything going on around you and it’s a loud street.

Cons:

It’s not in good shape, the little furniture there was falling apart. The staff was very rude too, I hurt my head crawling through the low entry way and they were all just laughing at me. I guess they just don’t like foreigners?

A perfect stay just a short walk outside the centre
