Nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình
Lần đầu ghé Đà Lạt nên hơi khó tìm, ks nên note kĩ địa chỉ để khách tới dễ tìm hơn hẹ hẹ. Còn lại thì hong có gì để chê ạ
ホテルは奥まった路地にあったが全体的に場所は良かった。1本隔てた通りに美味しいフォー屋さんやカフェがあったのと部屋からの眺めが良かった。
ホテルの写真では広い部屋の印象でしたが実際は狭くてびっくり。写真マジックですね。

The room itself was amazing for the price. Clean, large and well appointed with a smart TV. It was downstairs from the reception and I thought it would be a basement affair sans window but no it was OK, was fenestrated!
Unfortunately, the receptionist had been smoking in the basement lavatory just before I arrived. It smelt disgusting throughout. Later he played music on a speaker in the lobby from his phone and this annoyed me I could hear it in the room. Finally he sat sprawled on the couch in reception eating his dinner. It's a really bad look for what could be a very fancy hotel.

It was very cold in the room, and there was no heater
The water in the shower was either too hot, or the pressure dropped very much if you added cold water
Payment by card did not work and the staff does not know what to do in such situations, I had to withdraw cash, at least they let me sleep first, and the next day I was already looking for an ATM
A cockroach ran by once

The hotel requires deposit when messaging privately which doesn’t state in the terms and conditions of Booking of “No Credit Card Required. Free cancellation. They called guests to ask for deposit. When being confronted over the phone of using Booking as a platform, they said it’s their rules that’s why they messaged privately. We have submitted all evidence to booking.com with their private chat. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.

Tastefully decorated comfortable room with a good view over the city.
Location in a quiet alley, yet walking distance (20min) into city centre.
The youngsters at reception were not very accommodating, playing video games non stop and turning rather sleepily to any requests...
And don't expect a real balcony - (we found this to be misleading and not a correct advertisement in the booking details!): there is a 20cm railing in front of the window with some plants, but you cannot step onto it...
Construction next door was quite noisy! (this is of course not the hotel's fault,but if you like to sleep in, this might not be the place for you for the next couple of months... ;) )

it was very noisy - the neighbors were arguing loudly after 10 pm, there might even have been a fight. the next day at 7 am construction work began.
