Pathetic k
Cons:

They didn't let me check in. They completly denied to provide me any room. I had booked a cab from Howrah Railway Station to the property and it cost me more than Rs.400 and they denied to provide room. Then, I have to move to other hotel and again it cost me Rs
150.
So, I didn't get reservation and spent a lot only for transportation from one hotel to another.

Pros:

It was very bad experience in my tour. Staff are very bad behaving and they are not accepting online booking price. They was charged more than booking amount even when I asked for bill they denied to provide that even when Oyo people wants to contact with property manager he is not picking their phone infront of me. So it's bad , school boys and girl are coming there , too much bedbugs inside Dunlop.
