Cons:

We asked for early checkin as our flight reached Chennai at 8.30 AM. When we reached hotel at 10 AM, they made us to wait for 1.5 hrs. We had 2 rooms. We requested that atleast one room be given early. But they did not listen.
Finally we were given rooms around 11.30 AM only.

Good value hotel with friendly staff, conveniently close to the airport.
Pros:

Good value hotel near the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great transit hotel if arriving late or leaving early from Chennai. Five minutes walk from the Nanganallur Road metro station (only two stops from the airport).

Cons:

Yes, it is a bit noisy with aircraft overhead, but it is near the airport! Didn't bother us on both occasions we stayed here. Busy road outside, but rooms faced away from the traffic and were fine.

No value for money
Pros:

All Reception staff were helpful,and pleasant.
The restaurant service was bad. Food took late to come. We had to wait for our food. Eating utensils just dumped on a plate. Water stains dried on them. Buffet trays designed with finger prints from the previous day.

DUST accumulated in the corners of the room. Needs a good vaccume. Location is good but I will not be staying there again

Good location but slightly dated facilities.
Pros:

Good central location. Though next to a very busy street of the city, the impact of noise was low. The fridge is a good addition.

Cons:

Slightly dated/wornout (but well maintained) facilities such as tiles, bathroom facilities and chairs).

Pros:

Most things. It is a classy premium feel hotel.

Cons:

Ground floor window needs to be kept shut since workers end up taking behind them. I had to tell the reception to stop talking
