Pros:

nothing liked there.

Cons:

We booked 2 rooms 1week prior. When we reached the Chennai city & near by hotel, we got a call from the hotel in the same day morning saying "room-booking cancelled also ACs are not working, No water. AC repair will be done by evening. So, better you go for a different hotel".
This is very bad to say in the last moment which affected our schedule/plan.
rooms & surroundings are also not clean/neat/hygienic.

We felt not worthy of that prices & stay totally.

i did not slept rather was trying to kill the time until 04 AM and vacated by 04 AM instead of 11 am
Pros:

lot of welcoming mosquitos, we had requested the Manager by spraying and keep the room closed, but he did not do it. everyone knew there would be mosquitos, but atleast a prior spray would had been kept better. Pillows and towel were unclean with lot of oily stuff... hence the price i paid was not worth rather i paid as a fool more for this unhygenic hotel

it is a bad experience
Cons:

they over charged me for the early check in i paid 500 and also i was in a hurry to airport i asked him to book taxi for me he argued with the taxi driver for the over payment of 200 rs as a result i missed the flight and re book the flight i lost around 13 k because of the person who booked the ticket for me it is worst experience to stay in the hotel

Pros:

It was a wonderful stay! The hospitality was top-notch. The check-in process was smooth and hotel staff ensured, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was very clean and well-maintained, with all the electronic appliances AC, TV(with all the languages channels) etc. working.Hot water facility was also available. It also has a generator for any electricity outages. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and comfort!
