Pros:

Lot to improve.
Bathroom design is very poor.
No tissue box kept in the room.
No wash basin towel.
No razor.
(May be they expect us to ask for it.)
For the cost , they could have offered more.
Room was clean and neat and ok.

Pros:

Ideal place to stay in Chennai. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and kept very clean. The staff are very helpful in arranging transport. There is a decent range of dishes available for room service and the breakfast includes a buffet and omelettes/dosas to order. Occasionally breakfast and room service were not available for the entirety of the advertised times but this did not occur often.

Excellent
Pros:

The whole staff were exceptional. We had got stranded in Chennai due to the issues with Middle East. They had accommodated us for an extra 5 days after our stay in Chennai with them. Jaffary was amazing he made sure we felt at home and secure during our stay.

Needs improvement on wifi network and cleanliness
Pros:

Check in and check out was smooth. Staff was friendly and helped with luggage.

Cons:

Network and wifi didn't work. TV also didn't connect to hotel network and staff couldn't get it to work. Room could have been cleaner and service could be better. For tea/coffee, small plastic cups are given - this should be changed. Hotel location isn't great.

Bad experience at 3 bedroom apartment.
Pros:

Apartment design and Netflix

Cons:

The location. Apartment not sound proofed. Had renovation middle of night 3.30am on the 1st night and we just checked in at 1.30am.
Front desk did nothing about it.
One of the room didn't hv hot water and our bedsheets were not clean too.

It was not up to our standards especially the wifi and noise in the night!

Cons:

There were phones ringing all the time at the coridor through out the night. Loud voices people banging over night I didn’t have a good night sleep while I stayed there. WiFi issues as well couldn’t use it! We requested the room to not be cleaned for a few days but they didn’t clean it the days we didn’t request. The bathroom is a wet room which makes everything a mess, toilet roll was tiny never enough and it had a bad smell.

駅から近く広さ十分。
Pros:

駅から遠くなく、夜の到着でも安心でした。
スタッフはフレンドリーで、荷物をタクシーまで運んでくれました。ありがとう。

Cons:

少し部屋の外の騒がしさが伝わってきて、違う部屋の電話のコールなどが大きく聞こえました。
またチェックアウト後荷物を預けて、タクシーを待っているタイミングでパスポートを返却されたので、チェックイン時からフロントにあったということで少し不安でした。すぐに出てしまっていたら危なかったです。もちろん忘れていたわたしも悪いのですが。。。
