Pros:

Facilities and hospatility all perfect at the Quadroom inside the Madras Grand Hotel

Cons:

at the MG apartment building, The noise from roadside the 3rd floor apartment stay is really annoying until 2am and in between also.. it's crystallize clear of noise.. Really uncomfortable and unable to sleep peaceful.

Pros:

The hotel is very close the central railway station..Good location and very clean. Rooms are very good for the price range and food is also very good. Very courteous staff. Would definitely come again.

Lot to improve.
Bathroom design is very poor.
No tissue box kept in the room.
No wash basin towel.
No razor.
(May be they expect us to ask for it.)
For the cost , they could have offered more.
Room was clean and neat and ok.

Pros:

Ideal place to stay in Chennai. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and kept very clean. The staff are very helpful in arranging transport. There is a decent range of dishes available for room service and the breakfast includes a buffet and omelettes/dosas to order. Occasionally breakfast and room service were not available for the entirety of the advertised times but this did not occur often.

Excellent
Pros:

The whole staff were exceptional. We had got stranded in Chennai due to the issues with Middle East. They had accommodated us for an extra 5 days after our stay in Chennai with them. Jaffary was amazing he made sure we felt at home and secure during our stay.

Needs improvement on wifi network and cleanliness
Pros:

Check in and check out was smooth. Staff was friendly and helped with luggage.

Cons:

Network and wifi didn't work. TV also didn't connect to hotel network and staff couldn't get it to work. Room could have been cleaner and service could be better. For tea/coffee, small plastic cups are given - this should be changed. Hotel location isn't great.
