Worst experience at Townhouse Anna Salai
Pros:

Absolutely worst, don't book this. It's not a hotel, it's a OYO room.

You won't find any building named Townhouse in the area.

It's a different hotel wherein OYO has booked few rooms in their name.

No front desk, there would be few absolutely clueless staff who won't know anything about your booking, they would only say no check in before 12pm even though the call centre people assured that you would be allowed check in 2 hours before 12pm.

We cancelled townhouse anna salai and moved in to another oyo room and the review is about that room which is called hotel Park Royal

One congested room with no ventilation,no windows, no toileraties provided, no hot water after 7am. A.C works fine, other than that nothing is good in this room. The washbasin was chocked and water was not passing.

If you want a peaceful , hygienic, and a comfortable stay, please please don't book townhouse anna salai or Park Royal
