Location is a big plus point as it is just opposite to Valluvar kottam....
Walking distance to bus stop & tea coffee shops...
Compliment Breakfast was there...but we didn't avail that option..

Non smoking room reeks smell of smoke, equal to a smoking lounge. When complained about it he simply denied.
There are all different kind of crawlers waiting for you, Crocroaches, weird bugs etc.
Also the price in booking.com is 3 times more compared to what you would pay on oyo or makemytrip.

Hotel name board was not noticeable in the first instance The laundry shop nameboard was prominent

Too noisy, phone ringing in reception can be heard on rooms. And staff keep walking in corridor and keep talking. Which is really disturbing the sleep.
