Pros:

Very near to US visa application centre, which is really comfortable for people who come for Visa biometric

Strategically located cozy stay with limited option breakfast.
Pros:

Location was the advantage for me. I wanted something which is walkable from US consulate office and it just the next building. Room was very clean and comfortable. AC was amazing. Water flow to me is important and it was best

Cons:

The breakfast was included but no options. Whatever they gave have to have that only. They gave 3 idli and 1 Wada with sambhar and chutni. Tea was chargeable. I felt the stay is way too costly for near about 3 grands.

People who want to stay very near to visa biometric can opt for this,

The property was very near to us visa biometric

Cons:

There was some purposeful noise heard from upper floors, I checked in by 8 :30 pm and heard the noise after 20 mins , when office rep came informed about it and the noise stopped. And the noise was heard from morning 7 am, would request the hotel management to investigate the abnormal people activity (thro your cctv)during my stay there

Value for money option @ prime place ...
Pros:

Location is a big plus point as it is just opposite to Valluvar kottam....
Walking distance to bus stop & tea coffee shops...
Compliment Breakfast was there...but we didn't avail that option..

Pros:

Non smoking room reeks smell of smoke, equal to a smoking lounge. When complained about it he simply denied.
There are all different kind of crawlers waiting for you, Crocroaches, weird bugs etc.
Also the price in booking.com is 3 times more compared to what you would pay on oyo or makemytrip.
