I had booked the hotel for two nights from June 28 to June 30.Room was too bad and also cockroaches are moving here and there.Also huge no.of bed bugs are lying on the bed We reached there in the evening of June 28th,2026. and taken the two days Rent as soon as we enter.First of all we do not understand and when we understood the fact and left the hotel after talking with the concerned Manager.Totally horrible which we never think in our life, whereas we visited so many states in our India as well as abroad.I got a bad experience.Then late night I managed in other hotel with huge cost.So I faced huge financial loss.as I am in acute financial crisis.
They had returned only one day room rent.Please check the matter very seriously and Refund me all the amount with extra amount so that I can survive.

Very unhealthy,poor room condition,full of insects and brd bugs really harmful for health .Also once it entered inside the luggage it will destroy all.Washroomvalso horrible.Bedsheets and towels was dirty.

Just 15 minutes walk to the US Consulate.
Driving a car to the hotel would have been difficult. But a car is actually not needed as it is only 15 minutes from the Thousand lights Metro Station
No hot water, staff was arrogant. I booked for 2 nights but due to lack of facilities, checked out after staying a night.
Location and hospitality.
Nothing
We have booked the property for 2 days but unfortunately our plan has been canceled and requested to change the booking to 1 night instead of 2 nights. We have contacted booking.com for the change by confirming with the property team. The property management has asked for account details instead of refunding the amount to the original payment account. Also they said like within 3 days the amount will be credited back in a very sarcastic way. It's been more than a week but still we didn't receive the refund. Coming to the property maintenance there are insects and cockroaches on the bed. And the AC water was leaking throughout the night. We asked to clean the hall by giving the keys at 7pm but they didn't clean instead they came at 11.30pm to spray the fly control. It's too expensive and poorly maintained.
The studio where we lived was spacious for the price.
There were lot of cockroaches. The place is located in a congested area. Had trouble in car parking and area is not clean
