the staff was very friendly and welcoming

Cons:

The gate looks like your at wrong turn, the lift was bad , the wifi was bad, the beds was not comfortable and the other day we went out without bathing coz there was no water and they don't have back up.

Room is smelling I never slept well due to cough and dry nose it's like unomswakamo and ayisebenzi futhi ayi clinywa.

No bedroom sink if u want tea you go to the bathroom.
No air conditioner
Lift😭
The building is old it needs to be renovated.
The gate is too old it need sirious attention.
No macro wave.

I found the room opened with the tools in the bathroom the guy came while I'm inside without a knock I than I asked why is he coming inside he said he's fixing the bathroom light.. They should have told me in the reception that they are busy fixing things.

Pariking😭 no enough parkings extra parking is far and not safe, when you're away you need to be back quickly due to shortage of parkings.
