It was not a pleasant stay at all. Fearing that you will be leaving the premises with cockroaches in your bags.

It is Spacious

Cons:

The noise that comes from a club/disco downstairs and the fact that it has cockroaches and they are aware of it. And that tells me it’s not something new.

I had a wonderful stay, the service was excellent from the moment I arrived..the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests..the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay..

Great stay
Pros:

Emakhosini hotel on East is a very warm and welcoming place to stay. The staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel is very convenient with all facilities that they have on the premises. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Absolute hell to be honest , no exaggeration
Pros:

Nothing to be honest ,couldn’t wait to leave

Pros:

I did like the hotel based on viewing from Bookings.com but not I didn't get to the hotel after the hotel canceled my booking on the last few hours closer to my check-in.

Cons:

The hotel canceled my booking and when I called them the receptionist said the booking was canceled due to miscalculation of the reservation rates by Bookings.com and they offered to contact Bookings.com to rectify the miscalculation and get back to me however the receptionist also offered to do the reservation privately at his rate and I refused. The receptionist did not get back to me and I had to call
