Tv was not working
I had a very small room this time
No water, no plan for water, cockroaches, bad service from staff, noise all night from guests, no security.
The cleanness of the room and the property
The club in the property should have a sound proof so that as property guests wouldn't hear the music from the club underground 🙏...

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally request a full refund due to the unacceptable conditions I experienced during my stay at your establishment.
The lift was not working to my floor, which caused significant inconvenience. In addition, the air conditioning was not functioning, there was no fridge or microwave as expected, and there was no water available during my stay.
Furthermore, the furniture was extremely old and in poor condition. There was excessive noise throughout the night, making it very difficult for me to sleep properly. To make matters worse, only one tissue was provided.
Overall, the accommodation fell far below acceptable standards and did not meet reasonable expectations. I therefore request a full refund of the amount paid.
I trust this matter will be resolved urgently and amicably.

The friendly staff at reception the guy was wow and the fully figured lady i forgot their names but they are super friendly the lady at the gate that worked all weekend very friendly and professional but the one who came on Monday morning 😔
The noise from room 407 the guest made us felt unpeacefu disbutbing our stay,pulling of bed all night. The screaming and shouting while we wanted peace its no no for us
