There was no hot water in the morning. And secondly the air con was not working. And the TV reception was poor.

* Staff from security to recept were exceptional
*wifi was perfect
* aircon worked well
* Shower was clean
* towels were clean

Cons:

* Music Noise from 7pm to around 3am
*tv only played 1 channel
* Room had human hair on the floor
*windows were dirty
* Duvet Cover had holes
* shampoo had been used
* No bar fridge and no options to be given ice cubes for free, rather they sell it
* tea/coffee items are very limited

Was perfect but we was bored because of fredge inside the room

The stuff was welcome us friendly even the security the room was clean

Cons:

The plug wasn't working the switch was on and off till i fix it
No bar fridge no macrow oven inside the room if you can put does thing everything will be fine was

Terrible
Cons:

Everything, the room was cold because the window wouldn't close properly, water was cold, there was a sound not sure if it was the Geyser or what but it was very loud throughout the night.
