Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación, en pleno centro de Sofia. Estaba limpia la habitación . Y las dos chicas de la recepción muy serviciales.

Cons:

Las camas eran súper pequeñas ( de 80cm) y muy duras. Necesitan renovación urgente ( en mi humilde opinión). Las toallas también, muy viejas, y solo dos grande y pequeña para 2 personas.

Reception stayed open till my late arrival. Big Thanks for that.The rooms are perfectly clean.

Cons:

During my stay in Sofia near Lavov Most, after 9 p.m., the area was full of drunk people wandering around. As a tourist, I felt it was risky—people stared, and I didn’t feel safe in that zone. On top of that, the hotel didn’t accept card payments, so I had to withdraw cash. This forced me to walk through the kebab places crowded with drunk people, making the experience even more uncomfortable.

My priority was good location and I got it. If you need a cheap place to stay for one night it is okay, but longer stay
Pros:

Location is great, subway and bus station are near, staff is very helpful and kind.

Cons:

Bed is not the most comfortable, room in the attic is hot and cleanliness could be better.

Dobra lokalizacja i ogólnie wydawało się być dosyć czysto. W bliskiej odległości sklepy, bazar, restauracje, metro i dworzec.

Cons:

Pokój wymaga odświeżenia, szczególnie łazienka. Przy każdym wyjściu z hotelu należy oddać klucz recepcji. WiFi działało bardzo słabo, często zrywało połączenie. Płatność wyłącznie gotówką.

Bardzo głośno od ulicy; pokój na samej górze bardzo duszny z mikro oknem; pościel brudna, ręczniki ohydne jakby w ogóle nie były prane, wręcz szare i śmierdzące; łóżko bardzo skrzypiało; najgorsze wrażenie jednak zrobiły na mnie kanarki w lobby trzymane w KOSZMARNYCH warunkach. Przez to ocena personelu jest najniższa mimo uprzejmych pań w recepcji, jednak ktoś na te zwierzęta patrzy i trzyma 3 kanarki w jednej pustej mikro klatce… Bardzo złe wrażenie
