Las habitaciones era oscura, no cerraba bien la ventana, la habitacion ruidosa y el baño horrible y muy viejo y mal olor y si querias aire acondicionado nos cobraron 25€ y no pudimos pagar con targeta me tome un cafe con hielo 1 solo cubito y me cobraron 3 €

Family hotel carino, curato, pulito, in posizione comoda vicina al mercato delle donne e al ponte dei leoni e a 5-10 minuti a piedi alle altre principali attrazioni. A pochi passi anche da metro e fermate bus e tram, nonchè da vari locali, negozi e minimarket H24. Personale gentile e disponibile, camera pulita ogni giorno. Belli anche l'atrio e il cortile interno. Camera non grande ma ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Tv e aria condizionata in camera. Consigliato!
The location is good – it's close to the city center and Lidl.
The room had a fan (which was necessary, as it was located in the attic).
The room's interior was modest, but on the plus side, it was clean.
The whole stay there was no WIFI! I was told "You are on the last floor so if it isn't good, it will be this way". I tried with 2 phones (iPhone and Samsung).
I got the very small room for 2 person with a tiny window on the last floor, in the attice (that was nowhere written) so it was super hot but there was a fan.
There are only 2 sockets in the room so I could connect 1 phone (I travel with 2) and 1 fan - that's it.
Every time you leave the hotel, you have to leave the key to your room at the reception and in the room you can read "the hotel is not responsible for missing item and valuables from the rooms".
This place is more like a hostel.
Cheap price, close to city center and beautiful and clean room.
There is no air conditioning

Номер ужасном состоянии, воняет, прокуренный, старый , полотенце воняет есть запах. Персонал вежливый.

Jednak pokój na poddaszu bez klimatyzacji z malutkim wiatraczkiem sprawił, że chwilami czułem się jak w saunie.

- the "sort of a winter garden" on the ground floor is very esthetic and pleasant
- I felt pleasant in the attic room (despite what I mention below)
- a good value for money (for a hotel that truly deserves 7/10 on Booking.com you pay just a bit more than for a single room in a youth hostel|
The only thing I disliked that only a very small part of the window could be opened = impossible to get fresh air, and upleasant on those hot summer days. There was a ventilator though to help with "a sauna in the room" :( a bit.
FYI that all rooms on the 4th floor in the attic do not have A/C (also no TV), so in the hot summer I guess you better pay 10 € more for a standard room to get the A/C (also as small windows are of a zero help).
As there was no cigarette smell in the room 401, I found it just OK for one night, and I slept OK despite the heat and "old air" because the room was quiet (I guess only a part of standard rooms with A/C face the busy street)
