Friendly staff, clean room, central but quiet location.
Good location
La posizione ottima per visitare tutta la città. Personale molto accogliente e gentile. La stanza era spaziosa e dotata di tutti i confort.
L'emplacement idéal à quelques centaines de mètres du boulevard vitosha. Chambre spacieuse, literie confortable, salle de bains appropriée.
Un seul regret, l'hôtel est au rez de chaussée, trop petit d'une salle pour le petit déjeuner. Mais sur le boulevard vitosha il est possible de le prendre, il suffit de se déplacer.

Staf molto gentile ,pozione perfetta per le mie attività.. Sicuramente visiterò l'hotel per le mie prossimi viaggi a Sofia.
Good location, nice room
Great location.
The place was not accessible!!! We were there with our 7 months old baby and we had to carry the pram into the hotel and then to the elevators. Meaning I couldn't go out on my own with the pram.
The parking was horrifying to get to, you get there by entering a lift with your car but the doors keep closing. Going in the staff kept the door open but going out they just left us to get our car scratched by the doors.
Cleanliness was questionable, overall my recommendation is to avoid this place, I wouldn't come back.
