Excelente ubicacion en el corazón de Sófia
Pros:

la ubicacion, estaba cerca de una peatonal muy concurrida con buen ambiente y restaurantes, además muy cerca de sitios historicos

Pros:

The rooms are clean, everything works, there is a kettle and a mini kitchen with a sink and a refrigerator. The bathroom would like more shelves to place things.

Cons:

There is a strong smoking smell in the lobby! For someone with an allergic reaction to smoke, I found it uncomfortable waiting on the first floor.

Ideal location for central Sofia.
Pros:

A lovely hotel situated in the heart of Sofia, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. Most of the major attractions, historical sites, shops, and cafés are all within easy walking distance, so there is little need for transport once you arrive.
Although the hotel does not have its own bar or restaurant, this is hardly a drawback given the wide selection of excellent restaurants, bars, and coffee shops just a few minutes away.
The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay, always willing to assist with any queries and making me feel genuinely welcome.
Parking is available in a secure underground car park at a cost of €18 per day. However, drivers should be aware that access involves a fairly tight left-hand turn on the descent, so it is worth checking that your vehicle will comfortably fit before entering, particularly if you have a larger car or SUV.
Overall, this is a comfortable, well-located hotel with excellent service, and I would happily stay here again when visiting Sofia.

Pros:

Väldigt trevligt hotell. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal, stort och rymligt rum som dessutom var väldigt städat. Älskar också den smidiga taxiknappen i receptionen.

Cons:

Sängarna var bekväma men kuddarna var extremt hårda och stora. Gick knappt att sova på men funkade toppen om man har en kort vistelse

За пореден път отсядам в този хотел. Много съм доволна от всичко. Разположението е централно, но на тиха улица. И занапред ако ми се наложи да отсядам в София пак бих избрала този хотел.

Exceptional stay!
Pros:

Very large bathroom, with terrace, in fact every room is like a miniapartment, bigger than a typical studio. Top location in the centre and very very kind staff.

Cons:

Decent hotel in great location
Pros:

Great location just off Vitosha Street, which is the main pedestrian area. Comfortable bed, hot water pot for tea and coffee.

Cons:

Air conditioner remote did not work. AC was on continually and room was chilly at night and we could not adjust it. One side of the sliding shower door was missing. Our room was at the end of the hallway and Internet was weak.
