Ubicado en zona muy céntrica
Nada que objetar
Bardzo ładny zadbany hotel. Ładne czyste pokoje. Lokalizacja super. Super personel- mogliśmy przechować bagaze i przeczekać trochę do wieczornego lotu, jak już nie mieliśmy pokoju. Jeden z pracowników także odwiózł nas potem na lotnisko. Super klimat na tarasie tuż nad jeziorkiem. Wspólna kuchnia ładna, nowa, dobrze wyposażona.
Nie zauważyłam minusów:)
Great location on Flores island with a lovely balcony at the back on to the lake. Great shower with hot water and high pressure. Rooms were cleaned daily and really well looked after. Staff were very friendly. Free water refills and the shared kitchen area was nice too. Very good price!
Had to pay by cash which was absolutely fine but just a warning to take out cash before arrival.
The facility is excellent and so quiet with a beautiful view of the lake. Everyone was so friendly and helpful every time we had a question. The room itself was spacious with lots of shelving, a ceiling fan, and a/c. The shared kitchen was so useful too. We would gladly stay here again!

Cogimos el tour de Tikal con ellos y muy bien. La habitación tiene aire acondicionado (importante en Flores). El staff muy amables. La localización es muy céntrica con bares y restaurantes cerca.
La ducha solo tiene agua fría.

Our double room was basic and quite dated inside, it also smelled a bit damp and mouldy.
There was no drain cover on the shower and we found a large cockroach in the bathroom on our first night. Assume it came up the drain!
The view from the three-bedroom room was good.
The bathroom was small, no blankets, small table with own chair, no hand soap available, poor cable TV, AC was lacklustre.
Booked last minute. Rooms were clean and fine.
