Für 1-2 Nächte absolut in Ordnung.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es war absolut sauber. Im Bad hat es leider unangenehm gerochen was aber nicht an der Sauberkeit lag. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt für eine Nacht in Ordnung.

Cons:

Der Preis von 16 Euro für das Frühstück ist etwas hoch. 13 Euro wären noch ok.

Was man nicht alles aus einem Neubaublock machen kann...
Pros:

Die Kommunikation war klasse. Wir hatten kurz vor Check-in eine kleine Änderung bezüglich unserer Ankunft und uns konnte sofort geholfen bzw. unsere Bedenken zerstreut werden. Die Lage des Hauses ist Spitze. Alles in Reichweite, was man braucht. Parkplatz ist auch nah. Die Zimmer sind funktionell eingerichtet und es ist sauber. Das Bett war mir persönlich etwas zu kurz (197cm Körperhöhe). Doch für eine Nacht absolut in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker.
Kurzum: es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Dankeschön.

Cons:

Die Fahrstuhlsituation. Der Fahrstuhl kann (offensichtlich baulich bedingt) nur in jeder zweiten Etage halten. Man kann sich also - sollte man in einer der "Zwischenetagen" wohnen - aussuchen ob man mit dem Lift eine Etage darunter oder darüber anhält und dann eben die Treppe hoch oder runter nimmt. Das kann für Verwirrung und bei Gästen mit mehr Gepäck für "Freude" sorgen.

Pros:

Guter 3☆☆☆ Standard. Sehr freundliches Personal. 3 Bett-Zimmer war geräumig, funktional & sauber. Frühstück hatte alles was man braucht. Straßenbahnhaltestelle ganz in der Nähe, gute Anbindung ins Zentrum.

Die Altstadt war leicht mi der Straßenbahn zu erreichen
