C’était tout parfait

Nous sommes venu pour une nuit à l'occasion de l'anniversaire de ma compagne et je peux dire que nous n'avons aucunement été déçu. Tout d'abord il est à retenir la politesse , l'amabilité et les attentions de l'ensemble du personnel , ( et même un petit présent d'anniversaire sur la table en entrant dans la chambre ) tout est fait pour votre confort et votre bien être à chaque instant. L'emplacement est superbe , le domaine se trouve au milieu des vignes et il y règne un calme absolu , tout est propice au repos et à la détente. Les équipements sont complets avec deux grandes piscines extérieures , tennis pétanque etc... L'espace spa est magnifique avec une très grande piscine intérieure chauffée à 28 degrés , les jacuzzis extérieurs placés au pied des vignes sont également très agréables face au coucher de soleil. Le restaurant était de très bonne qualité et nous y avons été très bien conseillé , le petit dêjeuner est également de la même teneur. Enfin notre chambre était propre spacieuse et très bien équipée ( douche à l'italienne et baignoire , mini bar , grand dressing , grand lit très confortable etc....... ) . Nous pensons revenir cette fois en haute saison afin de pouvoir profiter encore d'avantage.
Si il devait y avoir un point ( mais qui n'incombe en rien l'hôtel ) c'est que la couverture téléphonique est mauvaise , quand nous nous trouvions à l'intérieur de la chambre ( la n°30 pour nous ) il n'y avait pas de réseau il nous fallait être vraiment contre la porte d'entrée de la chambre pour pouvoir passer un coup de fil.
Service de petit déjeuner en chambre , tous les matins il manquait quelque chose sur le plateau !

Le personnel très attentif et soigneux. L’espace est tellement agréable et vaste que malgré que l’hôtel était complet, on ne se sent jamais à l’étroit.
Un peu déçus du restaurant principal et les prix de certaines boissons (un espresso 6€!)
Beautiful setting, huge pools.
We weren’t informed beforehand that the main restaurant was closed, and the staff in the Vignes restaurant were clearly overworked. It took us about 1.5 hours to get our mains, which, with a hungry 4 year old, wasn’t ideal. No apologies or even a smile. We were meant to be dining there every evening but quickly decided to eat elsewhere. Not the service you’d expect from a Relais & Chateux. The front of house staff were lovely though!
