Zweckmäßig
Pros:

Die Lage ist ganz gut. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. S-Bahn ein paar Gehminuten entfernt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war zwar groß, aber nur sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Mir hat ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer gefehlt, gerade weil auch die nächsten Cafés, Restaurants ein gutes Stück entfernt waren.

Pros:

Top Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis. Super Lage für ein Wochenende in Köln. Öffentlicher Verkehr in der Nähe. Kostenlose Parkplätze. Das Hotel hat wenig Charme, ist aber sauber und hat nette Mitarbeiter. Ideal wenn man nur etwas zum Übernachten sucht.

verblijf was enorm teleurstellend en totaal niet wat wij ervan hadden verwacht.
Pros:

Tot onze grote teleurstelling kwamen wij bij aankomst erachter dat wij niet het geboekte grote bed hebben gekregen. Wij hebben specifiek betaald voor een groot bed, maar er bleek alleen een standaard bed aanwezig te zijn. Hierdoor staken onze voeten over de rand van het bed en hebben wij niet goed kunnen uitrusten.

Daarnaast was bij aankomst ook de keuken, waar wij eveneens voor hadden gekozen, helaas niet meer beschikbaar. Dit vinden wij erg jammer en teleurstellend.

Cons:

Helaas moeten wij aangeven dat ons verblijf op vrijwel alle punten is tegengevallen.

Wij hadden betaald voor een kamer met een groot bed, maar bij aankomst bleek er slechts een standaard bed aanwezig te zijn en werd er niks aangepast wij betaalden dus voor een extra dienst waar niet voor gezorgd werd.
Onze voeten staken over de rand van het bed, waardoor wij slecht hebben geslapen en niet hebben kunnen uitrusten.

Daarnaast was de keuken, waar wij bewust voor hadden gekozen, bij aankomst ineens niet meer beschikbaar. Hierdoor werden wij gedwongen om buiten de deur te eten, terwijl het juist onze bedoeling was om ’s avonds gezellig op de kamer te koken en samen te eten.

De kamer zelf voelde kil en ongezellig aan. Zelfs bij vertrek was er, ondanks dat er tijdens kantoortijden iemand aanwezig zou zijn, niemand aanwezig en moesten wij alles zelf uitzoeken. Dit gaf een zeer onpersoonlijk en koud gevoel.

Ook de hygiëne en staat van de kamer lieten te wensen over:

* De douche liep over; het water stroomde uit de douchebak richting de wastafel.
* Er hing geen frisse geur in de kamer.
* De kleine koelkast was onpraktisch; onze drinkflessen rolden er steeds uit.
* Kasten stonden scheef en wiebelden.
* Er was slechts een kleine tafel met één stoel, waardoor wij niet eens samen konden ontbijten en noodgedwongen op het bed moesten zitten.
De verwarming zat vol roest en zag er onverzorgd uit.

Kortom: ons weekend, waar wij naar uitkeken, is enorm tegengevallen. In plaats van uitgerust en ontspannen thuis te komen, voelen wij ons totaal gebroken en teleurgesteld.

Im Großen und Ganzen sehr zufrieden.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr gute Lage! Parkplätze vorhanden.

Sehr sehr einfach ausgestattet. Nachtschränkchen aus Metall. Im Schrank wenig Ablagefläche.
