Super liebes und hilfsbereites Personal, der Schlafkomfort hält sich allerdings sehr in Grenzen.
Pros:

Die Dame, an die wir uns an der Rezeption wenden konnten, war super super lieb! Theoretisch hat man an Geschirr auch die grobe Grundausstattung, sodass man sich etwas kleines auf dem Herd kochen kann. Der Bus ist quasi direkt vor der Tür, zur S Bahn muss man ein kleines Stück laufen.

Cons:

Das waren ziemlich die härtesten Betten mit den dünnsten Matratzen, auf denen wir jemals geschlafen haben. Wir sind ständig wach geworden, weil die Betten so unbequem waren. Beide Nächte haben uns Mäuse (oder andere Nagetiere) die in der Wand saßen, mit ihrem buddeln und knabbern etwas wach gehalten. Laut der lieben Dame am Empfang ist das allerdings wohl zum ersten Mal aufgefallen. Leider gab es auch keinen Badmülleimer und Gerüche haben sich eine Zeit lang im Raum gehalten. Die Badezimmer Tür quietscht leider auch so doll, dass jeder von uns wach wurde, sobald jemand in der Nacht auf Toilette gegangen ist.

Hatten keine Erwartungen und diese wurden erfüllt.
Pros:

Unkompliziert und freundlicher Empfang

Cons:

Kaffeemaschine leider nicht vorhanden, Küchenrolle wäre am Zimmer noch toll gewesen.

Pros:

Da gibt es leider nicht viel zu schreiben.

Cons:

Möbel sind aus der Zeit gefallen. Bad sind fliesen kaputt. Scheibe im Bad lieblos mit Sichtschutzfolie beklebt, Duschwanne wie vor 30 Jahren. Bett sehr niedrig, dünne Matratze. Fernseher ohne Kabelanschluss dafür DVBT-Reciever mit Magnetantenne. Kann mir kaum vorstellen das es reicht. Für den Preis war es dann doch etwas zu teuer. Personal habe ich keines gesehen.

A Wonderful Experience!
Pros:

Loved the Hospitality, the place is close to a train station connecting you to the center. The rooms were cleaned right before we came (floors were still wet).

Cons:

A bit expensive, but it's Köln afterall, and during Gamescom, so I'm just being picky.

Walls are a little thin but thankfully I haven't heard any noise from neighbours.

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Ausgesprochen nette und zuvorkommende Rezeptionsdame, außerdem wurde uns auf Wunsch ein Zimmer mit Kitchenette ermöglicht. Preisleistungsverhältnis kommt nicht auf volle Punktzahl, weil an diesem Wochenende Messe und andere Events stattfanden, was sich im höheren Preis ausgewirkt hat.

Cons:

Zimmer war ziemlich groß, jedoch sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, d. h. es hätte i. S. Gemütlichkeit noch Luft nach oben

Pros:

A simpatia do staff bem como a localização do hotel.

Cons:

O colchão era muito desconfortável, a almofada também. Havia teias de aranha no teto e o sabonete de barra não é muito confortável de se usar e nem higiénico, seria melhor uma embalagem com sabonete líquido. Foi também necessário desligar o frigorífico da tomada porque fazia imenso barulho e não nos deixava dormir. As paredes deixam passar muito o barulho de fora, o que tornou um pouco desconfortável para dormir porque se ouvia as pessoas a chegar e sair, a falar e fazer barulho com as portas. O preço foi também um pouco inflacionado tendo em conta as condições dadas.
