De locatie was heel goed, centraal en rustig.
Kamers schoon en goede waterdruk in de douche.

Pros:

Le gérant de l'hôtel est aux petits soins, il lave le linge gratuitement et il y a également la possibilité de louer des scooters.
La chambre est propre, fonctionnelle, confortable.

Parfait! Merci au personnel vraiment très sympa!!
Pros:

Bel hôtel, moderne avec de belles grandes chambres. Emplacement parfait dans une rue calme! Le personnel est vraiment très proactif! Toujours prêt à vous aider ou à vous proposer des activités. Régulièrement, le thé est offert ou des morceaux de fruits.. etc ... Le laundry est même offert (donner la pièce est quand même normal ;-)). Possibilité de louer un scooter à l'hôtel. La plage principale est à 500 mètres.

Cons:

Pas de balcon mais une terrasse commune. Pas de déjeuner mais beaucoup de petits restos dans la rue.

Great value - would definitely stay again
Pros:

This place was excellent value. I was a little worried when I saw that Con Dao would be mostly cash only, and so chose one of the cheapest rooms I could find. As such I went in with low expectations and was very pleasantly surprised. This turned out to be one of the most comfortable rooms I’ve stayed in this trip. Nothing special, just everything was spacious enough and clean enough to feel comfortable settling in right away.

Cons:

There is hot water! It just takes a very long time to warm up.

Looks good on paper, but..
Pros:

The receptionist didn't speak any English but she tried her best to communicate

Cons:

The "breakfast in the executive lounge" that was included happened to be a handwritten voucher for the garage across the street where street food Pho was sold. The mattress was rock hard, the toilet tank was missing it's cover.
