Pros:

Очень хорошее место положение с выходом на пешеходную зону. Отель небольшой, располагается в старом доме с высокими потолками. Тихо, красиво. Удобный матрас и темные шторы. Очень понравился балкон с видом на пешеходную зону. Порадовало наличие обогревателя на балконе, уютных кресел и столика. Мы приехали в прохладное, дождливое время и посидеть на балконе с обогревателем и пледами было очень приятно. Сам отель красивый, выдержан в одном этническом армянском стиле. Красивая национальная посуда, есть чайник в номере, махровые халаты и тапочки. Администратор Светлана вежливая и гостеприимная. В этот отель хочется вернуться! Спасибо!

Ein wunderbares Hotel mit großartigem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist genial. Der Balkon vor dem Zimmer ist ein Logenplatz mit bester Aussicht auf die Fußgängerzone. Der Gastgeber ist unglaublich bemüht und freundlich und macht den möglicherweise besten armenischen Kaffee in Gjumri. Selbst wenn es auf der Straße etwas lauter ist, sperren die wirklich schalldichten Türen den Lärm aus. Das mehr als ausgiebige Frühstück wird im Kaffee gegenüber angeboten (allerdings erst ab 10:00 Uhr).

Cons:

Siehe oben: das späte Frühstück schränkt die Tagesplanung etwas ein ...
Die Wände sind ein bisschen hellhörig.

Уютно, аутентично, красиво и в идеальной локации. Качество в мелочах. Завтраки большие и вкусные. Номер комфортный. Терраса - отдельная любовь. Во второй раз останавливаюсь здесь. Планирую вернутся.

Overall We enjoyed our stay in Gyumri and We will be back soon. Definitely not having breakfast in the same place.
Pros:

The hotel is situated in the center of the city and was very comfortable, we enjoyed the balcony with the music of the outside singer.

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible. And they made us wait too long.
