Personal amabil și cameră spațioasă, dar necesită îmbunătățiri tehnice
Pros:

Personalul este amabil și dispus să ajute, ceea ce face diferența în interacțiunea cu oaspeții.
Camera este mare și relativ confortabilă, iar locația hotelului este convenabilă, cu acces facil către zone comerciale și puncte de interes din Craiova.
Seiful din cameră este un plus util pentru valori personale.

Cons:

Pentru un hotel cotat la 4*, sunt necesare câteva îmbunătățiri importante:
Lipsa informațiilor privind utilizarea încălzitorului electric (aer convector care înlocuiește caloriferul).
Cada fără paravan, iar scurgerea pardoselii este prost poziționată – apa ajunge pe podea.
Jacuzzi fără dop (nefuncțional).
Butonul de alarmă din baie incomplet (fără șnur).
Minibar gol și scos din priză, deși există listă de produse.
TV spart în dormitor.
Lipsa benzii de verificare igienizare pentru cadă.
Broșuri turistice murdare sau deteriorate.

Great price for accommodation
Pros:

The price was very good for the offer. Also they offer food at a good price, but isn't a wide choice from what to choose

Cons:

It is clearly in the period with many end of life sanitary and room furniture. Soon they should renovate the rooms entirely. Also the room I stayed in had no view out the windows. It was noisy from rain as well.

Sa incep cu cele pozitive: hotel langa linia de tramvai și langa mall. Camera destul de curata și foarte mare. Cam atât .

Cons:

„Nu am întâlnit, până la acest hotel, lipsa șamponului și a săpunului în baie. Apa caldă a fost disponibilă doar o scurtă perioadă, seara. Camera nu avea încălzire prin calorifer ci un sistem de ventilație nefuncțional, iar încălzirea camerei se făcea cu un calorifer electric care, culmea, nici nu funcționa.”
