Het ontbijt was lekker: pannekoekjes, fruit en brood
Het zwembad was vies en toe aan vervanging.
Mijn handdoeken waren oud en er zaten rafels aan.
Er zaten gaten op plekken waar ze niet horen.
Goed ontbijt en kids vonden de 2 stapelbedden heel leuk. Royal hotel ligt op 3 min wandelen waar je in de rooftopbar een top uitzicht hebt over Hoi An.
Douche kwam niet al te veel water uit.

Kevin was helpful and gave good recommendations.
There was a vitnamese lizard in our room one night. Kevin & another man tried to remove the lizard but could not find it. I believe the other man da was a caretaker, he appeared to have little english but was always smiling & friendly.
They stored our luggage on check in/check out day
No problems with the wifi.
Many rats around the property exterior. They ran past the doors of the lobby area and around the pool area from approx 8pm, onwards. We did not see any sign of measures being taken to try manage this. The doors to the lobby area were left open after dark, therefore nothing stopped the rats from running inside the building.
Breakfast was not very good. Poor selection. We only went there on our first morning. There were ants around the fruit. In addition on the first morning we observed a dead cockroach, lying on the floor of the breakfast area.
No handsoap in bathroom in lobby area or in the bathroom of our hotel room and noted that under the bed was excessively dusty.
ホイアン旧市街の日本人橋から徒歩10分ぐらいのところにある、小さめのリゾートホテル。ホテルの1室をドミトリー形式に改造して安宿にしているようです。ドミトリー客でも朝食込みなので、値段が安くても美味しい朝食が食べられます。敷地内には小さめのプールがあるのもGood。暑い暑いホイアンではプールがあるホテルは本当にありがたいです。
若干の建物の古さは感じます。でもベッドやシーツはきちんと清潔なので問題ないです。それと歩いて旧市街へ行く場合、とにかく交通量が多いし、道もでこぼこで危険なので、気を付けていきましょう。
Très bon emplacement. Une piscine quand il fait chaud. Une équipe d’accueil adorable et efficace. Des vélos en prêt. Les photos sont très très flatteuses…
Literie très moyenne (ressorts dans le dos !). Rats autour de la piscine (mais nous sommes en centre-ville et les égouts débordent). Mesquinerie de nous faire payer les bouteilles d’eau dans le frigo de la chambre !!! Alors qu’aucun en-cas n’était prévu pour notre départ matinal. Propreté des chambre très approximative.

- Staff at the breakfast didn't look so friendly when asking for an omelette
- If you need to go to the ATM to get some money to pay for the hotel in cash they take your passport as a guarantee (not so nice)

כלום לא טוב ב"מלון" הזה ...זה אולי אכסנייה ,מיטה קשה ,מחיר מטורף ללינה כזו ,לא נקי ,אין זרם מים במקלחת ,על הכביש הרועש ועם ריח נוראי בסביבה . אני לא מבין מי מוכן לדרג מקום כזה בדירוג גבוהה...מאוד מאוכזב שבוקינג לא בודק הביקורות ומוכן לשווק מקום כזה בדירוג גבוהה .אכזבה
The staff were so friendly, especially the manager Kevin! When I arrived he talked me through everything that was near and the best places to go and where not to go.. even recommended a tailors and the clothes I got from there where incredible!
I had an issue with some ants near my bed and he answered my messages immediately despite it being pretty late and got it sorted! He was so kind and caring (probably one of the nicest people I have spoken to while travelling)
Had a problem with ants in/around my bed but it was sorted very quickly so nothing to massively fault
The location was great as it was just outside the busy touristy area and the staff were friendly and super helpful.
The pool wasn’t clean and the bathroom for my room had poor water pressure and was dirty the majority of my stay. It was obvious they had made repairs to the shower pipes but most was left exposed and the shower head holder was broken. There was no hand soap only body wash and shampoo which was also kept next to the sink rather than in the shower.
Tout. L'accueil, le petit déjeuner exceptionnel, la piscine grande et parfaite et l'emplacement. Meilleur hotel de notre voyage de plusieurs mois. Nous devions rester 2 nuits mais avons prolongé pour y rester 6 nuits. N'hésitez pas!

Great hotel with an awesome big pool and lots of sunbeds which is hard to find in Vietnam! Staff were extremely helpful and quick to reply via whatapp. Free bikes to use and only a 10 min walk to old town! Highly recommend!

The manager Kevin was very spot on with everything. He needs to be promoted further up. He is an asset to the hotel. Also, the breakfast, superb! Cudtomers are pampered. The location is the game changer!
