Pros:

Personal war sehr zuvorkommend! Kevin hat direkt eine Übersicht erstellt mit allen wichtigen Infos. Es wurde probiert alles zu ermöglichen, duschen im Mitarbeiter Badezimmer, wenn der nächste Bus erst spät kommt etc.

Séjour qui reste agréable mais peut être améliorer

Propreté relative
1 rouleau de toilettes par jour à partager entre 4 personnes (dortoir femmes)
Personnel qui entre sans frapper, après-midi comme soir, tout en faisant du bruit

La situation, en 10min au centre ville.
Personnel adorable et très souriant.
Évidemment la piscine même si je n'en ai pas assez profité.
Petit déjeuner extra.
Douche isolée dans la salle de bains.

Cons:

Très vite reveillée par le bruit tellement les cloisons et les portes sont fines (même avec des boules quiès).

Fantastic stay, checked in early, pool very relaxing and cooling which was definitely needed after a hot day.
Pros:

Location, pool, spacious rooms and free use of push bikes. Close to the rice paddies which is a great way to reach the beach by bike. 10 minute walk to the old town

Cons:

All good.

Pros:

La gentillesse de Kevin et Mia , la piscine et la chambre très joliment décoré…
Les scooters de location directement à l’hôtel, les conseils de Kevin pour passer un agréable séjour à Hoï An.

Pros:

Kevin on reception was exceptional from even before check-in with excellent communication and advice. During our stay he continued to look after us. All other staff were also friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had a great selection from fresh fruit to omelettes prepared as you order. Overall a good location and quality of stay.

Godt ophold tæt på oldtown
Pros:

Stedet var hyggeligt og polområdet var godt. Personalet var super søde og Kevin hjalp os med at booke ture og bus videre til næste destination.

Cons:

Rengøring på værelset var ikke særligt grundigt, der lå hår i risten i basen alle de dage vi boede der. Gulvet på værelset forblev også beskidt
