Hôtel tranquille et bien entretenu. Excellent petit déjeuner buffet avec petits. Croissants.
Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et l'application de Kevin pour nous renseigner. Il a rédigé à la main toutes les recommandations au dos du plan de la ville.
Joli piscine.
Nous avons pu avoir la chambre très tôt à 9h après le bus de nuit

Cons:

C'est une bâtisse un peu sonore. La salle de bain a une aération ouverte sur le couloir. Du coup on entend les bruits du couloir. Des voisins pas toujours discrets.

Pros:

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié Kévin pour son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse, il est toujours prêt à rendre service avec le sourire. C'est indéniablement la pièce majeur de cet hôtel.
Le petit sous forme de buffet est copieux et varié.

Cons:

Hôtel situé à un carrefour qui le rend très bruyant. Il faut ajouter également les nuisances sonores intérieures qui passent par la grille d'aération de la salle de bain. Installations qui commencent à être vétustes et l'hôtel meriterait une rénovation. Ménage fait très succinctement.

・立地がよい。市場やビーチを観光するにあたって非常に便利だった。
・設備が充実している。特にプールがよかった。
・清潔さが保たれている。連泊する際、掃除をしてくれた。
・とにかく安い。朝食付きでこの価格は日本ではありえない。
・主人の対応が素晴らしい。宿泊前から連絡を取り合い、必要に応じて空港から送迎を手配してくれる。おすすめの観光地や注意点などを事細かに教えていただき、助けられた。

Fabulous stay would highly recommend.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. A big shout out to Kevin we felt he went above and beyond. He arranged transfers and transport for our trips.

Pros:

Tolle Lage um alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Kevin an der Rezeption macht einen wirklich tollen Job. Er hat mir kurzfristig ein Ticket für die Memory Show organisiert, ebenso den Transport zum Flughafen. Alle seine Tipps bezüglich Hoi An waren Gold wert. Ich konnte mit allen Fragen immer zu jeder Zeit zu ihm kommen.

Kevin a rendu mon séjour vraiment très agréable

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, pool was great and the staff were extremely helpful. We arrived by night bus and were given our room early so we could get some rest.
Special thanks to Kevin, who helped us with everything possible (activities, transportation, experiences, etc.). He was always reachable and went above and beyond to ensure we had a brilliant time in Hoi An. We even decided to stay an extra night, and that was handled very smoothly as well.
