The hotel location was great, 10 minute walk to old town, a nice breakfast, and a comfortable, clean room.
A special mention must go to Kevin, who was wonderful. He simply did everything he could within his power to make us happy and make our stay so memorable and comfortable. He gave us detailed information on everything we needed for our stay, what to avoid, good restaurants, bars, attractions etc. Kevin arranged everything, taxis, trips, shows. He made himself available everyday if we had any questions, and always resolved them with grace and attention to detail. He was extremely attentive and caring when we were ill (which started before we arrived) providing support and advice on pharmacies and our options for healthcare. With Kevin’s help, we had the most wonderful stay in Hoi An and we would highly recommend Nostalgia Hotel to friends and family, and a significant part of the recommendation is due to Kevin. He is simply the best! The rest of the staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Close to old town

Everything about me and my partners stay here was great the staff were excellent, especially Kevin he went above and beyond for everything with recommendations of things to do and places to eat. He also was extremely helpful when my partner was sick advising us what to do and booking us an extra night in the hotel. Our stay wouldn’t have been near as good if it wasn’t for Kevin. Location was also great walking distance to everything. Rooms were super clean too. Would definitely return

Mia on reception was awesome! Room was nice especially with a teapot! Shower was great. Location was an easy walk to old town.

We loved how central the property was - about a 5-10 minute walk to the center of Hoi An.

The staff were really lovely. Kevin, the hotel manager, gave us so many great recommendations for tailoring, lunch and dinner restaurants and some local cafes which made our short stay much easier to navigate. The other staff were super helpful when we asked for towels and other items in reception.

The hotel was great value for money. There was a pool which we found very refreshing after a day of walking around Hoi An.

Nice pool. The location was ok but about 15min walk from old town.

All the staff were extremely helpful, especially Mr Kevin and Miss My. If we had a problem then Kevin got it fixed, if we needed transport anywhere he helped with that too.

Kevin! The location is great the hotel is lovely but Kevin is the stand out for this hotel! He goes above and beyond for every guest! We will be back to stay

Overall, the hotel is good and has several positive aspects. The pool is very comfortable and a great size, perfect for relaxing. We also rented a scooter through the hotel for 120 per day, which was very convenient, and the staff was attentive and constantly checking that all our needs were taken care of. They even helped us book a taxi to the airport, which we really appreciated.

The rooms are spacious, but the furniture is quite old. Since much of it is velvet, it tends to hold a lot of dirt — our headboard and the armchair in the room were noticeably dirty, and we even found trash between the bed and the nightstand. There were also tiny ant-like insects on the headboard. Because of this, the room unfortunately didn’t feel completely clean.

With some updates to the furniture and improved cleaning, the stay could be much better, as the service and facilities themselves are good.
