Nice Hostel Yahiro

The washing machine and the dryer were not working, there are too many restrictions and things you need to be careful of, the AC stopped working suddenly and we had to contact the property for further instructions on how to make it work, we were not allowed to use the stove, the common area was always so hot and no one was allowed to touch the AC panel there. In addition to that, there was a wierd person who kept complaining when we used the common area, although we literally just used boiled water for our cup noodles and we didn't leave even a drop of water behind us and we separated the trash, but that person came to us and kept telling us that the place is dirty and that we should clean after us, we tried to explain that we always just use the boiled water and we clean and separate the trash but he insisted on complaining and he said he is not a staff member but he always cleans, which had nothing to do with us really.

L'hôtel est extrêmement sale. Les bouches d'aération n'ont manifestement jamais été nettoyées et la climatisation est inutilisable à cause de l'odeur nauséabonde qui s'en dégage.

Le manque d'entretien est flagrant : traces d'excréments dans les toilettes, moisissures dans la douche, poussière omniprésente… Nous avions déjà réservé cet hôtel une première fois au début du mois de juillet. Notre séjour avait été tellement désagréable que nous avons été contraints de réserver un autre hôtel pour la fin du mois, période durant laquelle nous devions à nouveau séjourner ici.

Mon amie, allergique à la poussière, a eu de fortes quintes de toux dès notre arrivée. Pour couronner le tout, le gestionnaire de l'hôtel ne nous avait pas envoyé le code d'accès de la porte. Nous avons attendu près d'une heure devant l'entrée et envoyé plusieurs e-mails. Ce n'est qu'après plus d'une heure d'attente qu'il nous a enfin communiqué le code, alors qu'il était censé être envoyé à partir de 15 h. Il a ensuite fait preuve de mauvaise foi en nous demandant de vérifier nos spams, ce que nous avions déjà fait à plusieurs reprises.

Après plus d'une heure passées devant la porte, sans aucune assistance, cette expérience a été la pire que nous ayons connue. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement. Je ne comprends même pas comment un hôtel d'une qualité aussi médiocre peut être proposé sur un site comme Booking.

時々、他のお客様（外人）の会話が聞こえてきます。ラウンジで会話しているのでしょうか。でも比較的短時間で静かになるのでそれ程気になりません。

階段はもう少し掃除した方が良いと思います。

清掃が行き届いていない。冷凍庫にいつのかわからないカチカチの団子が入っていたのは鳥肌立った

ホテルチェックインの方法が分からず、スタッフも常駐無しで、不衛生でホテルに入るまでに、蚊に何か所も刺されて腫れ上がり、泊まらずに帰りました。

全体的にほこりっぽく感じた。階段の段差を示すマーカーもボロボロ半分以上はげていた。

また、宿泊前のメッセージのやり取りが煩雑だった。
身分証明書の写真の提供が必須です、と言うので送ったが、宿泊日が近くなったら「身分証明書を送って下さい」と言われ、過去に送ったメールをFwdしたが、すみませんでしたの一言も無く話しを続けられた。
やり取りが全体的に高圧的に感じられた。

シャワー室が狭かったり、お世辞にも綺麗とは言えなかったり、エアコンがとてもうるさかったり、乾燥機が故障中で洗濯するには近くのコインランドリーまで歩かなきゃ行けなかったりとビジネスホテルに慣れてる人は不便な点が多かった気がしたので、しっかり休みたい人はあまりオススメできないかなと感じました。
あと場所がとても分かりにくいです。Googleマップで調べたら、隣の会社に案内されてとても焦りました。

清掃に関してはかなりギリギリです。必要最低限のところだけ。特に階段や玄関などの共有スペースは埃が溜まりまくりでした。歩くだけのスペースなので、まぁなんとか、という感じです。

The toilet bidet was moldy and that is very dangerous for genital health. I really recommend the staff to deeply clean it more frequently and guests to double check before use

リンスかヘアーコンディショナーがあると良かった。

It was the cheapest I found in Tokyo.
