Pathetic, horrible, shabby, stinky. Gruelsome. Not humane!

Fake images posted on booking.com, i booked the highest rate super deluxe room but was room was stinky size of cubicle and shabby from
Curtain to bed. Toilet would fall apart if i stretch myself. Broken sink no hot water or tissue. Door knob was broken also room had caught fire, very much visible. Grey towels given. Upon check out i opened door myself coz staff was sleeping time 7.50 am. I would want this hotel to shut down & save themselves from disgrace.

After reached toll free number..had to transfer another hotel room and I wasted my time for 2/3 hou.
Pros:

Nothing, I had to change and transfer my hotel due to washroom and rud behaviour..for owner said me if u not like pls cancel ur booking..
