Cons:

The irony of a sign saying "please keep the noise down between 10pm and 8am" in a room above a pub playing live music until midnight, and a cafe playing music at 6am, was something special.

Three times someone tried to enter our room at night.

Bathroom needs repairs.

Bed was small.
