Übers Ganze betrachtet ein guter Aufenthalt. Anlage sehr schön und zentral gelegen.
Pros:

Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Angestellten.

Cons:

Das Fenster meines Zimmers ging auf einen Hinterhof. Dort hat ein Generator (o.ä.) die ganze Nacht in Intervallen Lärm gemacht. Ich schlief nicht gut.

I like this hotel because it is very beatiful and the staff is really nice!
Pros:

No vegan food :-(
Would be nice to have soy milk.
For vegans it is not so easy in Albania...maybe to serve some fruits as well for breakfast?

Cons:

The heating in winter with air condition is really not function.
It is quite cold in the room.
I was there 3 times also in summer, summer is ok!

Location, room was big and clean.

Cons:

Staff was not that welcoming, bed was very uncomfortable, breakfast plain, we had dinner there and it took them an hour and a half to bring out our food.

Overall a good stay
Pros:

The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well to keep it comfortable. Located in the centre of Elbasan, it was within walking distance to everything. Staff were really friendly and the restaurant was great for both dinner and the included breakfast.

Great location inside the castle, restaurants nearby were very good. Great location to access pedestrian walkway and local sights.

Cons:

Trying to enter the hotel from the main road was not easy. Had to walk in , park on street with hazards on to get a staff member to direct us to parking. Staff were difficult to find and slow to respond. Room was old fashioned, needed updating badly. Felt like a 1950's grandma's bedroom. Bathroom had nowhere to place anything and shower sprayed everywhere. Staircase to ground level had no barrier at bottom and was a falling hazard. Expensive for what it was.

Agréable hôtel au calme
Pros:

Très joli hôtel dans un château avec un magnifique jardin au calme, emplacement en plein centre d’Elbasan. Personnel pro et sympathique.

Cons:

Le matelas double de la chambre triple était en mauvais état, peu confortable. Les salles de bains mériteraient une légère rénovation.
