All staff there at the hotel and in the ski rental department are helpful and friendly. Miss you!
Pros:

All food is very good there but most of the time I needed to ask for a butter to put on my bread instead of having it always at the bred area.

Cons:

Did not like to leave, wanted to stay longer.

Wunderschönes Hotel in guter Lage.DieJunior Suite ist sehr geräumig. Wir waren das zweite Mal dort. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl.

Cons:

ABER: Hotel muss mehr Qualitätssicherung betreiben. Wie hatten das gleiche Zimmer wie letztes Jahr, WC-Spülung immer noch defekt, Duscharmatur jetzt auch defekt, Wasser spritzt raus. Wieder kein Zimmerservice, Toilettenpapier und Handtücher mussten erfragt werden. Frühstücksbüffet deutlich schlechter, keine Milch und kein Joghurt zum Müsli. Station zum Teeausschank sehr dreckig, das Personal läuft laufend daran vorbei und merkt es nicht. Dedeman muss aufpassen, dass dieses an sich schöne Hotel nicht runter kommt.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and spoke English very well.
The room was very clean, the bed really comfortable and there were proper curtains to block sunlight in the morning.
The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and the quality and cleanliness was as it supposed to be for a 5 star hotel.

Location, landscape, and the view, also rooms, were spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The only negative is the lady at reception( turka i guss). She was very rude when we did check in for the second night. She was arragont didn't communicate well with us very rude behaviour for receptionist. Next morning, We did complain to the hotel manager about her unacceptable attitude and honesty. The manager took care of it. We were stratified with the management action. Hopefully, this will never happen again.
