paints on the wall, small size, no wifi password provided (guided that it's under TV but it wasn't), elevator was scary. There were some random noises in the floor that i was staying

The location was good. The man at the reception was very helpfull.

The room had a very strong cigarette smell when somebody else smokes in other room. It was loud as it is in the middle of a busy street.

Cons:

There's space for only 2 cars in front of the hotel. If they're taken, you will have to find street parking. We were lucky to get a spot close by so could get our luggage to the hotel, otherwise would've been a problem

Verrrry expensive for this place
Cons:

Very high cost compare to all other hotels around it. Although we booked via Booking.com but we asked them to honour the standard usual rates as per local market which they refused so we had to leave and find another similar place next to this Otel at much lower price.
