Der Aufenthalt war angenehm, wurde aber durch fehlende 4‑Sterne‑Standards klar geschmälert.
Pros:

Die Lage mitten im Schwarzwald hat mich sofort begeistert, weil sie Ruhe, Natur und Erholung perfekt verbindet. Besonders gefallen haben mir die grosszügigen Zimmer und das ausgesprochen freundliche Servierpersonal, das den Aufenthalt spürbar aufgewertet hat.

Cons:

Für ein 4‑Sterne‑Wellnesshotel hat mir die fehlende Wertschätzung bei der Ankunft, kein Willkommensdrink trotz langer Anreise und kein Gepäckservice, ebenso wenig gefallen wie die irreführenden Halbpensions‑Angaben über Booking (42 Euro statt über 60 Euro pro Person) und das fehlende Entgegenkommen des Hotels bei der Klärung dieser Preisabweichung.

Gehobenes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr komfortables Hotel. Hier wird der Gast noch persönlich auf das Zimmer gebracht. Es gibt viele kostenlose Annehmlichkeiten. Ich war sehr begeistert und habe sehr gut geschlafen.
