Small apartment with everything you need.
Pros:

The location is superb. Just next to the subway station entrance. Basically, we have everything we needed in the apartment. Well equipped apartment.

Cons:

The space of the room is very small for 4 pax. Suitable for family of 3 or two adults and two kids. The semi double beds might not be suitable for friends who are not so close. The slope for disabled is very steep. Would need a strong member to hold onto the wheelchair. Luckily my sister is not too heavy.
