komfortabel mit bestem Frühstück
Pros:

Eine wunderschön gepflegte Anlage direkt am Fuße des Vulkans. 2 Pools (warm + normal) und 1 Jacuzzi - für jedes Wetter etwas.
Der hoteleigene Regenwaldtrail ist nice. Das Frühstücksbuffet grenzt an Perfektion 👍

Great experience and good value for the price
Pros:

Overall the hotel was perfectly fine. While not as luxe as some properties, the location, food service, bar, and especially the front desk staff are all excellent, and the price is less than the luxe places.

Cons:

Hot tub isn't hot! It's about 90 or 95, certainly warmer than a pool, but not the 103 normal temp I'd expect. So too cold for us to use in January. Staff said they like it that way, so perhaps it's a local preference.

An enjoyable stay in a good chalet
Pros:

Room 521 is up the hill from the reception and almost at the end of the pathway. It's quite, but not totally secluded: however it was comfortable using the jacuzzi. The room facilities were good to excellent. Service was pleasant and mostly efficient

Cons:

In the room, only 2 minor issues: no handheld shower head and only local Apps on the smart tv. Netflix and Prime would be useful.
We had 3 pizzas which were OK but not good. All 3 lacked herbs and were too bland. The bases were undercooked and or under proven.
The coffee service at breakfast isn't good. The take away coffee was empty every morning. Recommend investing in several bean to cup coffee makers that can do the full range of proper plus decaff coffee.

A equipe é muito simpática e amigável, em tudo o que precisei fui ajudada. O local é ótimo! Muito tranquilo, limpo e organizado. A estrutura é ótima. Vale muito a pena.

relaxing, close to town
Pros:

Breakfast was large selection and the waffles were really good. I enjoyed the bed it was comfortable and soft. The sheets were high quality and crisp. Very clean room.

Cons:

Called ahead for a room for low mobility but when got there they did not understand the request. Was a bit diasappointed I had to switch rooms with my family member because they could not accommodate.

Heerlijk ontspannen met uitzicht op de vulkaan
Pros:

Mooi luxe huisje met grote badkamer en mooi terras met uitzicht op de vulkaan. Geluk in de regentijd in de vroege ochtend om de vulkaan zonder wolken te zien. Goed ontbijtbuffet. Leuk zwembad met bar. Tour Volcano Hike via hotel met gids Carlos was absoluut de moeite waard. Veel geleerd over de vulkaan en flora en fauna.

Cons:

Wel groot wat massaal hotel. Dorp Fortuna is we heel toeristisch geworden.

Pros:

Het personeel was enorm vriendelijk, verzorgde accommodatie met een goed ontbijt! We raden zeker aan om voorgestelde activiteiten te boeken. Het hotel kan dit allemaal regelen wat het heel makkelijk maakt.
