Pros:

ロケーションは良いです。

Cons:

別館と比較すると設備がかなり古いです。ユニットバスの出入り口にかなりの段差があります。室内の換気扇が古く音が非常に大きく不快でした。

期待以上
Pros:

新館でした。部屋は広く快適でした。大浴場もあり無料のアイスもありました。駅もバス停も近く移動に便利でした。

Cons:

枕がエアウィーブでしたが私には低かったです。

CP值高
Pros:

位置好、空間大、設施好，最棒的是房間有洗衣機和在大廳裡面休息有提供免費飲料。

Cons:

房間大，只有一台暖氣，洗臉台、浴室、廊下廁所沒有暖氣，要梳洗及上廁所會覺得寒冷。

Great apartment-hotel with subway station nearby
Pros:

Location, a mere 5 min walk to Yakuin station, link to every station u need to use. Big supermarket next to station. Plenty of eateries around station, walk & explore. Living in an apartment-hotel is overall highly recommended as u get more perks than a normal hotel. You can use the facility available on their hotel next to the apartment building too, especially the lounge with complimentary snacks & drinks.

Cons:

The balcony floor was dirty, the hanging rail at balcony was dirty, we need to clean both of it before use. The mattress was way too soft that you literally sink when u sleep. Funny smell on the blanket too. The in room dining chair was dirty too. Overall I wasn't too happy with their preparation on room cleaniness before letting us in. Will appreciate it if the mini kitchen comes with spoon and not chopstick only, but we bought some from the supermarket & problem solved.

Pros:

お風呂は大浴場があり、アイスや飲み物が飲み放題なのはとてもよかった。

Cons:

予約する際の部屋の画像が広くて、勉強出来そうな机の画像がのっていたのでこのホテルにしたが（受験生なので）実際は狭くて机も丸い机１つで不便だった。洗濯機の画像も違い乾燥機能もなく、洗濯機のゴミが溜まっていて雑巾の臭いがして臭かったので掃除をして使用した。
ゴミ箱の中のゴミ袋がゴミ箱の半分しかなくすぐに入らなくなり不便だった。
