Courteous and helpful staff, especially Ms. Babita and Munna. Spacious room with a spacial balcony offering exotic mountain view. Room service was always prompt and good quality food offered by the hotel, with good value for money. Stayed for 5 days and not once felt any discomfort. The location is good too with MG Marg about 10 minutes walk away.

They said oyo say lies to customer for breakfast we don't have kitchen

The room was small and dirty and did not have intercom facility. We have to go to the reception for every small thing. The location is very poor. The hotel is far away from MG market and no cab stops in front of hotel as it's not permitted. Only option is to walk for miles to go somewhere. Hotel main gate gate gets closed from 8 PM to 8 AM and you can not go out between this time.
The breakfast and food overall was good - homely, ideal for parents and kids.The location is good too, ideal to cover the local spots, in close proximity with MG marg, rope way, Chorten Gumpa.
Everything and everyone was fantastic, only one day there was some electricity issue that can be improved.
