Pros:

The staff is very polite and co-operative. Especially the day I arrived, electricity wasn't there for the first few hours and the manager was very helpful to offer me a change of hotel but I preferred to stay. Property is very close to m.g. road like 2 mins walk. Due to parking nearby drop off and pickup is very easy.

Not good. But the staff were friendly.
Pros:

The breakfast offered early in the morning was only bread. Other itmes needed time to prepare

Cons:

Cigarettes smell, the location of the hotel is not ideal very narrow and dirty road, hair strands on the bed.

Best, affordable, accessible.
Pros:

Located very near to MG road, very much accessible, room are spacious and good, attentive staffs. Google maps shows a different route, however one should enquire local and reach the location

Cons:

Only issues is the drinking hot water, which needs to fetched from reception everytime. Otherwise all good.

Pros:

Very bad experience.

Cons:

Proper food was not served by the hotel staff. Boiled potato vegetable with cold roti and the next day they didn't provide food. The bathroom tap leakage and bedding was not good.

Pros:

Very bad experience. They charged 2000.00 extra from me. I booked that hotel for 4 days. But first day i changed my plan for 2 days only in that hotel because of poor service.
But they charged extra 2000.00 rs

Cons:

Booking.com are also very bad service. They dont allowed me to Change the schedule.

Pros:

The view from the room was breathtaking. Waking up to see kanchenjunga right outside the window was a treat. The hotel is close to mg road. Hardly a 2 min walk, you can even see mg road from the window.
The place is run by a family and they are quite friendly

Cons:

Some basic amenities could be there like a working tv and heater. No toiletries were provided, there was a torn white towel only. The blanket was torn when we checked in. They could do great if they work on some minor things

Overall it has been a good stay for my with my family. The cheapest and the most convenient.
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located near the MG Marg and the nearby Texi Stand, which is most important for a tourist staying for a few days.

A great budget hotel at a reasonable pricing
Pros:

The location is very good, just 2-3 minutes walking distance from MG Marg but for older people it can be challenging as the road towards the hotel is a bit steep, it wont be tough if one has no knee problems. Hotel staffs are very good and prompt but food options are limited and one cannot expect much in this price range.

The best part of the hotel is the magnificent view of Kanchenjungha(If weather is clear) and mountain ranges.

Cons:

The basic amenities like electric kettle should be there, tv should be working.
