Personeel tijdens diner. Prijs veel te hoog voor wat je krijgt.

Very overpriced...I was incredulous at the cost of the rooms. Feeling someone was massively taking advantage.
Pros:

The position is perfect....the bedrooms were ok.

Cons:

Extortionately expensive for an ok but basic hotel. The wooden tables in the dining room were sticky as if not cleaned properly. Staff were ok but service at breakfast was poor. Buffet was miles away which was very unsatisfactory. Trying to serve far too many at breakfast when food ran out.

Pros:

Unfortunately, we were only there for one day. It was one of the best stops on our trip to Scotland, and staying here was the best decision. It was cozy and comfortable, with a gorgeous view of the lake (thanks to the staff for taking my wishes into account). The room was clean and spacious, there was a convenience store within walking distance, and a warm pool with a sauna. There was a good breakfast and plenty of space for walking and relaxing. I would love to come back! Thanks for the experience!

Best location, way overpriced.
Pros:

Location is great. View from the room onto the lake was wonderful. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Room spacious easily fitted our family. Bathroom modern and clean, shower strong. Staff were generally nice but a little dry or cold.

Cons:

Cleanliness was an issue. Housekeeping doesn’t exist apparently…our room wasn’t touched when we left for the day. Public areas inside the hotel were in bad condition mostly from low quality materials being used from highly trafficked areas (carpets). Way overpriced but can’t imagine alternatives were going to be any better.
