Average hotel in a great location
Pros:

The location is great

Cons:

The beds were uncomfy (two singles with a huge ridge in the middle), breakfast was terrible and needed tidying and restocking which wasn’t done. The staff also had weird conversations around us that was off putting. It was a higher price point with a beautiful location but upgrades and training is needed. Even something simple as guests have to walk past the dining hall with their bags or post swim to get to their room. Also it was so loud. You can hear everyone in the dining hall or the room next door on level 3.

Très bon hôtel pour une étape en voiture, avec une vue magnifique
Pros:

Les chambres étaient spacieuses, propres, et avec une très belle vue : le Loch d'un côté, ou la montagne de l'autre.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est pratique : près de la route principale, mais on peut accéder à pieds au village et à un supermarché.
Au départ de l'hôtel il y a un sentier de promenade agréable longeant le Loch (attention, plutôt boueux).
La vue de la salle au petit-déjeuner était très agréable.

Cons:

C'est un point minime, mais le cadre de la salle de petit-déjeuner est un peu "froid" et le buffet un peu éloigné des tables.
Le prix est un peu cher.

An expensive 1night stay
Pros:

We would have preferred freshly cooked rather than eggs left on heated tray overdone. We had previously stayed at a hotel £100 cheaper and served by a waitress with freshly ordered fruit platter and full English. With fresh coffee.

Cons:

Unfortunately we were there tge same time as a coach party who were very messy and noisy. There was no room to sit near the bar for a drink. Had we known you cater for large parties we would have chosen a different hotel

Pros:

loved it, the view from the breakfast room was by it self worth the stay, breakfast was lovely, the room was comfortable with a very rich coffee/tea tray, the pool (we didn't realize there was one when we booked!) was a lovely adjunct!

Cons:

can't find anything bad to say!

Would go back again!
Pros:

Absolutely fantastic hotel! The location is unreal, it didn't feel real! Wish we had stayed an extra night to explore more around the area and just enjoy the views.
