لم يكن استجابه طلبنا لأسباب مرضيه و التعامل معنا بعنصريه و لم يتم احترامنا وقت تسجيل الدخول كنت في الانتظار لكي التقي بموظف الاستقبال و تم دخول مجموعه من الباص بأولوية وانا لم يتم احترامي وتجاهلي وانا من قبلهم يكرهون العرب عنصريه و كراهيه لنا ويكلمك بأسلوب سي جدا

Hier stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderziele in der Nähe.

Cons:

Weder die einfache Ausstattung, der Komfort noch die Sauberkeit haben zum Preis gepasst. Das gesamte Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und daher renovierungsbedürftig. Das Abendessen im Restaurant sowie das Frühstücksbuffet konnten uns leider geschmacklich auch nicht überzeugen. Der Service im Restaurant war nicht sehr aufmerksam, sodass unser bestelltes Wasser erst nach erneutem Nachfragen nach dem Essen kam und obwohl wir nach einer Karte für ein Dessert gefragt haben, kam die Bedienung nach 20 Minuten nicht wieder, sodass wir ohne Dessert gegangen sind.

We were right beside the loch. Beautiful view. The room was clean & tidy.

Cons:

I did not like how there was no privacy. People walking by could look straight into your room. The glass doors were very confusing to unlock & walk outside. There were no instructions to unlock or relock. Took us quite a while to figure out.

Pros:

Good location. Great views. Excellent dinner. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Room small and extremely simple. Not as clean as it should be. Breakfast unacceptably simple both in presentation and choice. Room was not made up. Considering location and price we expected far better.

Absolutely fine, would recommend
Pros:

Great hotel by the loch for swimming (if you want!) at the top of beautiful Glencoe.
Good staff and restaurant Fiona’s better than expected

Cons:

A bit pricey but that is the law of supply and demand for you !

Mixed feelings
Pros:

The view from our room was beautiful. We enjoyed the bar/lounge area before our dinner, it had a nice, relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast was good. The bathroom seemed to be designed to suit the needs of people with special needs which can be a plus for some guests. The room was decently sized.

Cons:

We were left with mixed feelings. Overall we felt like for the relatively steep price it didn't quite deliver. The room was overall clean but there was quite a lot of surface mould on the bathroom floor (luckily we had slippers with us as I wouldn't have walked there barefeet for this reason). The staff wasn't particularly friendly though polite.

Een fijn hotel, op een goede locatie.
Pros:

Prima locatie en ontbijt. Leuk uitzicht tijdens het eten. Het personeel was echt megavriendelijk en maakte een praatje met je welke ook echt gemeend voelde.

Pros:

Amazing setting on the loch and within easy distance of all glen coe attractions. Decent breakfast and dinner. EV chargers on site.

Cons:

No elevators and lots of steps.
