Huone oli tilava ja maisema ikkunasta kiva suoraan järvelle.
Aamiainen oli hieman sekava sekä sijainti että tuotteiden sijoittelu. Ravintola oli turhan meluisa.
Great breakfast and location. Nice place - felt a bit expensive for the experience
Price. Carpet looked old
Gostamos de tudo. Hotel excelente, bem localizado, limpo, cama e travesseiros super confortáveis! Vista maravilhosa! Funcionarios gentis e atenciosos!
Nada. Foi uma ótima estadia, sem nenhuma reclamação
Location and friendly staff
The breakfast buffet started running out of things around 830 and it took time to restock. Hopefully they can get on top of this before the next busy period.
Localização muito boa
Boa comida, uma marquise estupenda.
Team 5 estrelas
O meu quarto estava perto da estrada, muito barulho.
Lovely food at dinner and friendly staff.
You’re paying for the location which is stunning.
Rooms a good size for a family of four.
Sadly it’s not as advertised- it’s quite dirty in places and could all do with some tlc.
It’s expensive for what it is.
Dinner was chaotic - like a scene out of Fawlty towers.
Setting beautiful
Bedroom lovely, spotless
Dinner food was very good .
Ground floor, very tiered carpets , and entrance area appeared dirty.
Appeared short staffed, dinner and breakfast very disorganised . Breakfast worse than dinner ..Large que despite booking time . No plates twice at buffet area at breakfast . Gave up after second visit
The location was ideal- close to the LaRoch and the Brecklet Trail.
I wish I had packed my bathing suit- they have a great pool
The location of the hotel is perfect. Lovely views of the loch and mountains.
Heating did not work in room, hotel staff quickly provided extra heaters for room.
The view from the room was stunning, absoutley beautiful.
The breakfast service was appalling. No plates for the self service breakfast were available. When requested was told they will be available some time! No tea or coffee supplied after requesting, 3 requests later one small coffee pot and one small tea pot delivered to table for 4 guests!. When asked for further it was not supplied. Given what we paid for the experience, it is not what I would expect and was extemely disappointing.
Size of the room. Pool access. Bar staff. Restaurant staff. Location.
Menu a little complex but only thing we could be critical of. Small thing really.
Great location. Upgraded loft room. Comfortable. Nice leisure suite.
Sadly, whilst the staff were friendly and helpful, there just wasn’t enough of them. Seems staff shortages caused operational issues. Took a while to get served in both the bar and restaurant. The staff they did have though went that extra mile.
The view from our spacious room over the loch was excellent, with spectacular views.
Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, as were the evening meals which we had in the dining room on the three evenings we were there.
Staff were always pleasant.
On the first full day we were there our room was not cleaned. We reported this and it appears that this was an oversight and our room was cleaned the next day.
We had patio doors in our room which faced the loch and provided access to an open space out which led down to the loch. After we had been there a day we noticed that the end of the room nearest the patio doors was damp and there was mould on the curtains and the walls.
No hooks in either the bedroom or bathroom.
We were unable to regulate the temperature of the room, which was usually too warm at nighttime.
Helpful pleasant staff. Spacious modern room. Superb location. Good restsurant.
Heating controlled by front desk, not in individual room.
