Pros:

Nice but maybe bad timing for us.
Pros:

Gorgeous location!!

Cons:

The room was small and the staff were not very personable. The dining room was noisy and had large bus tours moving through.

Pros:

Good location on route to the Highlands, lovely view over the Loch.
The food we had in the evening in the bar was very good.
Very helpful providing a dog friendly table for breakfast and dinner.

Cons:

It was a noisy hotel with doors slamming as they were impossible to shut quietly.
Breakfast service was lacking. It was a buffet style Breakfast but food, juice and glasses kept running out so you had to keep waiting for things as the staff couldn't replenish quick enough.

Urgently in need of bedroom and bathroom update and fewer coach parties
Pros:

Nothing really. The staff were generally pleasant and helpful, reception especially. Staff generally tried to make the inconvenience of sharing the hotel with travelling coach groups as easy as possible but it was a difficult daily task for them I suspect.

Cons:

Coach trips of 40 odd people arriving every day made booking breakfast, using lounge in the evening, check in (if you were unlucky to co-incide) generally more difficult and less pleasant. Communal areas nicely decorated but rooms and bathrooms very tired and needing updating. Perhaps impact of coach groups, but the buffet cooked breakfast was always less warm than pleasant; tables and floors a bit sticky.

Pros:

Tolle Aussicht, sehr nah am Glencoe.

Cons:
