La struttura è caratteristica ed ogni sala è accogliente e calda, viene voglia di fermarsi di sera a sorseggiare un drink rilassandosi.
Lo staff dell’hotel è preparato, professionale e disponibile; abbiamo avuto un problema con l’auto e siamo stati aiutati prontamente nel contattare la compagnia di noleggio.
Il ristagno dell’acqua nella vasca era di color giallo, non abbiamo capito se fosse un problema di tubature.
Parte dello staff del ristorante (servizio al tavolo) si è dimostrato frettoloso e poco garbato; fortunatamente chi ci ha accolto nel ristorante stesso era molto simpatico, gentile e professionale!
Room was large - bathroom super nice - breakfast was superb.
The hotel age meant it felt dingy even though it really wasn’t it was musty. The room itself was fine - but you could feel the dampness of an old location.

Personne ne vous propose de porter nos valises au 2eme étage alors que mes parents ont 70 ans.
The villa was perfect.
The communication with the host was extremely poor. Multiple requests in Spanish to check in with passport information and requests for payment for damage protection which we weren’t advised when booking. Contacted booking.com but the requests continued. These multiple request as well as the language barrier was very stressful.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen auf unserer Reise weiter in den Norden. Das Zimmer war grosszügig, sehr sauber und auch das Bad gross und sehr sauber. Das Knarren der Treppe ist ein Abenteuer.
Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Ausblick nach hinten auf ein Dach und Hinterhof.
Die Koffer in den 2. Stock hochtragen war etwas anstrengend.

Great location to explore Glencoe or Fort William - just on the main road.
Good onsite restaurant. There are plenty of options nearby as well.
Pet friendly. The amenities (shampoo and conditioner) were good, and the bed was comfortable.
Shower was just okay and had very low water pressure.
We chose this hotel because of its restaurant, but dinner was a mess. They didn't have the English sparkling wine listed, one of the starters arrived after the main course because they forgot it, and one of the main courses was incorrect (a dry-aged ribeye requested medium-rare arrived completely dry and with sauce). The other steak was also missing. They only replaced the wrong steak after we pointed out that it didn't match the second steak, as we had ordered two identical ribeyes. When they brought the replacement, we noticed that one ribeye (the third one) was perfect, while the other had a completely different texture and flavor—not consistent at all. The waiter that night offered to pay for the wrong steak himself, but we didn't let him do that since they eventually replaced it. However, what was unacceptable was automatically including a 10% service charge without giving us the option, especially for a £210 dinner for two. We paid, but it was simply not right from our perspective.
Breakfast lacked options: even knowing that our table was gluten free, there was no gluten-free bread, and we only got gluten-free cereal after asking twice.
