- The apartment was clean and well-maintained
- The location is really nice (especially if you have a car) for skiing since you are between Garmisch Klassik and Zugspitze Ski areas.
- The apartment was well equipped (we cooked both nights)
- There is a very well-equipped sauna area (though we ended up not having enough time during our stay to use it)
- The value for money was exceptional, this is the lowest nightly rate I have paid for a hotel in Germany, and a far higher quality than most.
- Interior and exterior are carefully maintained with clear instructions and easy check-in and out.
- You can see lots of love has gone into the property in general!
- Photos on booking.com are accurate and clear.
Note: for the sauna area there is a (in our eyes very fair) €22 charge. It's best to plan your visit to it a little in advance to make optimal use of it, since it also takes ~ 1hr to warm up.

Schöne und ruhige Lage. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Die Sauberkeit war auch top. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

It was very cute, clean and comfortable. Whoever designed it put a lot of love and thought into it!
Place was what I come to expect from European gasthaus. Clean and comfortable. Quiet.
Had to call to get a door code to get in the place which was not easy with my poor German.
Everything was perfect. Clean big room, amazing view from the window, tasty breakfast
The location exceptional. The property clean and tidy , access was simple , breakfast had lots of choices and easily accessible. Small area which sold drinks and sweets etc at low cost.
No tea or coffee facilities in the room so had to go to breakfast area and pay for a drink , no decaffeinated tea or coffee available … the room was cold and no extra blankets or way to heat the room and all radiators towel rails were off.
