A gem in Gramado

After extensive research to find an affordable yet comfortable place with a delicious breakfast, we were absolutely thrilled with our choice. Gramado, a city familiar to us from years past, now offers a wide range of accommodations—from basic lodgings to luxurious hotels. Yet, Britanico Express stood out as a delightful surprise, far surpassing our expectations and making all that research worthwhile.
The hotel’s British-inspired décor creates a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout. Our room was exceptional, featuring a plush bed/pillow combination and a superb bathroom with an outstanding shower. With fresh breads, cakes, fruits and more, the breakfast was another highlight; it’s especially enjoyable if you snag a table in the covered garden outside, where the setting adds to the experience.
The staff, primarily young and eager to please, provided outstanding service and were always ready to help. Convenient parking is available right in front of the hotel, and it’s just a quick drive from downtown Gramado. Wi-Fi was excellent. Truly, Britanico is a hidden gem!

Cons:

While carrying large suitcases up the stairs may be a bit daunting for some guests, rest assured—the attentive staff is always ready to lend a helping hand. Their willingness to assist ensures that even this minor inconvenience is quickly overcome, allowing you to settle in comfortably and focus on enjoying your stay.

Tratamento vip
Pros:

O hotel é muito aconchegante e oferece muito conforto. A limpeza foi impecável durante toda a estadia e o atendimento no geral fez toda a diferença. Nos sentimos muito bem acolhidos e com certeza será nossa primeira opção quando retornarmos à Gramado.

Hotel pequeño pero lindo
Pros:

Me gustó, muy limpio y perfumado, habitaciones cómodas, el personal muy amable. , buen desayuno todo fresco y buena calidad. Buena ubicación.

Cons:

No tiene ascensor, lo que nos dificultó subir a mi madre de 82 ańos por escalera . No tenían disponibilidad en habitación de planta baja . No tiene parking, se deja el auto sobre la vereda.
