Pros:

The view from the room was beautiful and one of the highlights of our stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they even gave us complimentary access to the spa and pool, which was a lovely bonus. The breakfast was also good with a nice variety.

Cons:

We stayed on the 4th floor, and unfortunately the elevator was not working, which was quite inconvenient. In the morning, it was very noisy and I woke up because of the sound. Also, the hotel seemed to cater mostly to Israeli guests, as many of the signs were only in Hebrew, which made it less convenient for other international visitors.

Worse experience this time better to book another hotel.

Cons:

The guy who took us from hotel to main road from hotel staff was so rude. Even they know old parents and kid was with us. Also once we reached hotel , our car got almost flip because of snow and that guy even ddnt care ( it’s his duty to take us from road to hotel bcz of snow ), we were with kid and really it was so scary .

Beliggenhed dårlig, maden direkte uspiselig (morgenmad gl. Og udtørret) aftensmad så ringe en karakter ned mine besøg i 138 lande er dette suverænt det værste jeg har fået til dato.

Ville afskedige hele personalet i køkkenet og restauranten, og skift og opgradere menuen, således gæster ikke skulle køre op til New Gudauri for at finde noget spiseligt.

Sidst skulle samtlige medarbejdere have ensartet uniformer eller arbejdstøj og møde soigneret op, ligeledes have et kursus i customer management. Visse er direkte ubehøvlede.

Hotel z udogodnieniami, dobre śniadanie, bezpłatny transfer.
Pros:

Śniadanie było bardzo dobre i bardzo dużo. Basen z fajnym widokiem i z jacuzzi i sauną. Pani Christina na recepcji bardzo miła i pomocna. Na miejscu możliwość wynajęcia nart. Codziennie rano i popołudniu hotel zapewnia darmowy transfer. Wi-Fi darmowe w hotelu.
