В целом отель хороший. Прекрасный вид из окна, персонал отзывчивый и всегда решит все вопросы (в меру своей возможности). Вкусные и разнообразные завтраки. Спа входили в стоимость проживания, отличная опция после катания. Все чисто и ровно. Спасибо большое за гостеприимство. Ребятам с трансфера отдельное спасибо ))) всегда с ветерком и улыбками.

Nice pool but not not very hot spa
please do not stay here if you are looking for a good sleep or somewhere easily accessible. There were dogs barking all times of night and could never sleep. The location also required an expensive taxi in or out to the main area. They also had vans to the ski field within a time limit but not worth it and so busy (left waiting 30mins to get there). The bathroom had the smell of mold. Do not recommend the breakfast
It was okay for it price, the shuttle to the gondola is comfortable, the stuff was helpful enough.
The condition of my room showed a not good maintenance at all, the card holder is tricky to work, the toilet didn't work at the start but repaired fast.
The condition of the out side in the balcony is pretty terrible with dangerous condition of ice on the wooden logs and part of the balcony floor was iced.

Low cost rooms with good quality of service. Pool was nice, also the breakfast is good enought for low cost hotel.
Need transport for ski, transport can be also to other locatications. It gets very noisy in the evenings. To pass the pool need to pass the road, maybe this are can be close to not have any şnjury on the icy road.

המלון נקי, באחלה מיקום, ארוחת בוקר טובה
רוב הצוות היה בסדר גמור, חוץ מהפקידת קבלה, הייתי בעשרות מלונות בעולם, בגסת רוח כזו לא נתקלתי, לא עונה לשאלות, מפנה טת הגב תוך כדי דיבור.
די בטוח שזה בגלל המדינה שבאנו ממנה, בכל מקרה אנחנו לא ילדים, מאוד מנומסים, ומהשנייה הראשונה היא התנהגה בצורה הזו, בזיוני!
לא אחזור לשם ולא הייתי ממליץ לאף ישראלי לחזור לשם.
We liked the amenities and the facility. Everything seemed well run. We had a nice little balcony that had a view of beautiful mountains.
We couldn’t figure out how to shut the radiator in our room and it was on the entire stay. Therefore we had to open the door to let in cool air and we were very hot sometimes at night. Perhaps this can be changed and we were just not aware. Would not recommend this for someone looking to hike in the Kazbegi region — it’s a bit far, though you can get a driver up to Kazbegi for a fee.

גישה של הקבלה מבין השרות הגרועים שנתקלתי, עושים פרצוף ואומרים זה מה שיש.
לסיכום: אכסניה בגרוש וחצי , לא מגיע לשם יותר אפילו בחינם.
