worst experinece when we reached at the place not any staff member is there at reception
after few hourse one member came asking more charges than online bookin.com charges

Nothing, it was a complete waste of money and time. Discomfort paid. Poor customer care. Unprofessional Staff. My accommodation shifted without my consent at 10 pm.
